Frankly speaking, the facade isn't that beautiful as you say. But the inside designs are praise worthy. Nice presentation!
I have exactly opposite experience. I believe that the inside design were not up to the mark as living space is almost zero but the facade was very delightful.
the staff room is like a storage room lol, the architects these days should design more humane rooms for staffs, they're human too, archs might have been forgetting about that.

The house’ dimensions is irregular. It makes the house feel smaller, and there is so much unusable space
The staff room is so small. Very inhumane.
I think it's not maid's or staff room, looks like a stock room, that's why it is small. Even a single bedroom does not fit in it.
I think that’s a storage or a pantry, staff area is outside the house.
That is a ridisculously designed living space and dining room....not enough space to even accomodate 10-15 guests..It is illogical to buy this house for the sole purpose of having to show off your wide pool area and not even have the decency to accomodate your guests let alone have them seated inside the house if it rains or during a party?!......with that price range no self-respecting prospective home buyer would not even consider buying this house for that purpose alone!!...By the way Ms. Apple Grace...lovely as ever!
Or maybe not everybody want to have 10-15 guests in their house? This is more than enough for a small simple family.

I don't like its arrangemets. Small dining, small living, no walk-in closet for the masters, big lot but only got four bedrooms, all bedrooms should have t&b, and i cant appreciate it more because the camera man is too lazy to show all the angles like the shower room, maids/drivers room, powder room. All i can appreciate is the view of pretty Miss Apple Grace Mendoza.
