Hmmm….the host is either 6ft tall or the sink is made for children…why so low? You’ll be bending over A LOT to wash hands or dishes …..and instead of showing where picture frames should be hung or where to put plants…..can you go into more detail about the actual house….like the dimension of the bedrooms, are the windows double pane for energy efficiency? Are all the light LED? Are all the exterior doors weather proof? Meaning air tight from all corners….so that when you turn the AC on, the house stays cooler longer and save energy?
I don't understand how builders keep building houses with no backyard. Its just so unappealing to me as a homeowner. That lanai with the brick fence feels more like a prison than anything else.
i think it is because they push back the house. The lot is only 225 SQM. and you have 1 BR, Aux kitchen that is covered and maids room, and 2 card port. For me that is the trade off i am willing to give than having a backyard which will be used not quite as much as those trade offs
@@lkr5584 I understand it's only 225SQM.. but they could have easily have done an indoor/outdoor living space to make it feel more spacious.. or a rooftop outdoor deck to make up for that"backyard" space.
@@wilp5991 I see your point now. But the property is inside an exclusive subd. with a theme (i guess). but yeah rooftop is a welcome feature to have for smaller lot sizes.
225 Sqm is plenty big to have a backyard, the house just need to be designed to have it. I guess they are intentionally removing the backyard thinking that subdivision amenities can replace it.
@@noelfalabi5979 Yes it is big if you will not have 2 car port, indoor aux kitchen, helpers room and 1 br at the Ground floor. Front yard will be removed and the house will be pushed more to the front,
The house is good and with just few minor touches as per the taste of the new owner. for me i will add a cover to the outdoor service area for laundry, more outlets for the entertainment wall, double action swing door at the Aux kitchen, adding AC at the 2ndfoor family area and Masters walk in closet. AC in the masters seems to be very small so adding one more will help to cool down the area since the house looks like west facing property.

“Lavish and lush,” where??? I don’t see it, lol.
Well if u compare it to Condo or Apartments this is already a big thing
@@packohub1145, who’s comparing and what was a big thing?
The design and lay out is not good. It's a 225 sqm lot but they did not maximize the spaces. Sayang.....
Just saying..... 😁😁😁
Maximize??? it’s almost wall to wall and no more space to build for your so called “maximize.”
You cant maximize this even more. Are you expecting to have a pool on that size?
Anyare sa lababo? Pang bata?
Nice
Crush Po kita Ang Ganda nyo Po talaga ❤️
I think you’re an IDIOT.
Magandang gabi mam apple grace
Hello
Village is called South Forbes, but the house looks like an enlarged camella house. Not luxurious.

Kitchen not very impressive. House Tour 29, San Mateo Rizal has a beautiful Rose Gold kitchen Design. House design also stunning.
