Enchanted Forest has such a homemade feel to it. Love both the Ice Mountain Bobsleds and Big Timber Log Ride. So glad this park survived all these years. Thanks for all the great videos you post!
Thanks for the video. This is one of the longest and well themed log flume rides I have seen. Riding through the trees makes you feel like it is a real log flume and very scenic. That small roller coaster track drop just adds to the excitement.
This is an excellent ride, and a standard for how a water ride should be. It’s relaxing, very scenic, nicely utilizes nature and has a pleasant aesthetic. It’s awesome!
@ We used to have a similar ride at Kennywood, the Log Jammer, up until a few years ago. Unfortunately the geniuses running the park decided the fiberglass chutes were too badly damaged and cost prohibitive to repair. So they completely replaced it with the Steel Curtain roller coaster, which has been closed more often than open, and wasn’t even open for the entirety of the 2024 season. Guess which would be better to keep around?
There are a couple log flumes out there that have a roller coaster like drop and uphill segment on them. The former Splash Mountain at Disney parks being one of them. I don't think it's enough to count as a coaster though. Just a cool element to incorporate on a log flume. Speaking of which, I like the homemade feel this one has along with how serene and quite it is in the back part of the ride.
I don't know how much space this park has. It would be great if they could add a Larson Arm drop tower, or even a short star flyer like they have at SFDK. You can easily drive right by this park and never know it was there.
I personally don't consider it a coaster or a coaster credit. But it's still an excellent flume on a beautiful hillside and an absolute must-ride in the park.
I don't think this is a credit despite the drop that many people say is made of roller coaster track. But I say that's "alternative log flume track". I've ridden one that's got similar track to this, which is Log Flume at Family Kingdom, and I don't count that as a credit. If you do, you should count Big Timber Log Ride, too, as one.
The difference with this one is that the coaster bit occurs outside a main drop sequence. I'd compare this drop sequence more to Journey to Atlantis in San Antonio (just without turntables) and most people count that.
man i miss the music and this place so much. me and my family went to the enchanted forest every year until covid hit, havent been back since but i need to go back
Covid Lockdowns was almost the demise of this wonderful family owned park. We almost lost this amazing place for good until they broke down and accepted donations. Once again it's open and doing good. Please support this quaint adventure park.
This ride just proves that nature can provide the best theming for a ride like this. Looks amazing and peaceful.
It has a beautiful setting.
Why I love being an Oregonian
What a beautiful log flume ride - I was unfamiliar with this park so thank you for the upload 😀
You're welcome. It's a nice park.

Such a good flume.
A Tree Top Log Flume relaxing with a pine fresh smell. Lovely.
The setting was great.
Very peaceful!!! Thanks for filming!!! ❤❤❤😊😊
Glad you enjoyed it
What a fun looking ride. Do love the forest scenery. Nice. ❤❤❤❤❤❤
This park has a great setting.

It's a good all-round ride.

I wanna be on it now!
It's quite fun.
This looks fantastic!! Never seen this ride before!!
It's a good flume.

This is really a fringe case.
That water and track looks perfect.😊
It's a nice ride.
This is a really nice local amusement park in a great setting. Not a huge billion dollar enterprise but a family run business. Go!
Yes it is.
What a joyful ride it looks like! Love it!
It's fun.
Wow! I like that. Thank you for sharing!
You're welcome.
Its a credit in my eyes
Same for me.
I count it!
Really slow build but it pays off.😊
It's scenic and the drops are fun.
Keeping this bad boy "hydrated" has gotta be a BEAR! 🐻
But it's popular.
Wow - what a super fun flume!
It's a good one.
I should go ride it in the future!
Well worth it.

I doubt they would ever add a ride like that. They have a giant sign at least as you drive by.
They have a giant sign bud. Maybe try going there and plus, this park was made in the 70s they would never do that
This park has the world's most unique log ride and most unique coaster. I miss it!
It's a good flume.
I personally don't consider it a coaster or a coaster credit. But it's still an excellent flume on a beautiful hillside and an absolute must-ride in the park.
I consider it a coaster, but I agree it's a good flume.
@@CivilianSatellite you don’t know what you’re talking about, it’s a coaster credit as well.
WHERE IS THIS ITS BEAUTIFUL
Oregon
@@CanobieCoaster BEST PLACE I'VE EVER BEEN IN OREGON WAS OUT N ABOUT TREE RESORT....... TREE HOUSES... WE STAYED IN THE FORESTREE TREE HOUSE.....
I love this ride
It's fun.
I am planing on going in August Tysm for making this ❤ me and my grandparents will have so much fun!
Have fun!
I love that it's in the forest. I wish they designed it in such a way that they didn't need brakes before the drop, though.
Such a great setting.
This place is so beautiful!
It sure is.
I belive, this is the first water-coaster ever made.
Miler made Kersplash before it. Then you have some old wooden ones too.
I like riding a log ride that's so much fun.
It's a good one.
Came across your video and subscribed to your channel. Really enjoyed your video!
Thanks!

Magic Mountain outside Los Angeles had the "Log Jammer" and is similar to this.
Unfortunately they removed Log Jammer.
It's a good ride on the log ride . Sign MIKE GILMORE
I do like this ride.
That shed is so similar to the one on The Great Escapes log flume
It does remind me of that one.
thats amazing. i would so ride it
Good ride.
Is that Canobie Lake Park in New Hampshire
No, Enchanted Forest in Oregon
@@CanobieCoaster ahh, thanks
man i miss the music and this
place so much. me and my family went to the enchanted forest every year until covid hit, havent been back since but i need to go back
Such a cute park.
That is one weird log flume.
Sure is.
Love this
Fun Flume.
I call it a half credit i was in the back and i got the tiniest pop of air time on the uplhill part
I didn't get that air. Did you have a fuller log?
I love log flume rides
Me too.
i love this
It's fun.
They need to add enchanted forest animal jamboree! Relaxing video!
That would be nice.
Finally a good suggestion!
Were this at
Turner, Oregon
And the theme parks called Enchanted Forest
Where is this park located?
Turner, Oregon
Does a bear piss in the woods?
Yes
my favorite part is when it coasts uphill for like half a second
It still coasts none the less.
Big blue-green bathtub.
The ride uses log themed vehicles.
Looks like "Friday the 13th" waiting for Jason Voorhees to come out 😐
How so?

I'm glad they rebounded and survived.
RIP log flume at my home parklagoon
Hopefully they replace it.
Is this a coaster or no? Hmm.. I’d say no but that’s up for debate
I barely count it.
Too slow.
Hot if you did 2 men and a woman!
if you would in the future, please focus on where you're going, rather than panning around. Otherwise, great video!
Thanks for the tip. I wanted to show the side view along with forward view.
Rofl 60 fps
It is.
Slowest lift hill ever.
It takes its time.
stop being rude! Go on the actual ride, I went on it
lame.. like all log flume rides.
I like log flumes.
Boring!
I find it fun.
This is like a very early version of an Intamin or Mack water coaster. Very cool ride
It was an early water coaster.
