even though all of my favorites are upgraded to 4k and blu ray i still kept alot of my dvds, all my dvds are the old school thick solid cases so they have some weight to them compared to the recycable cases now a days. great video.
I love this! I never know how to organize my horror physical media. Right now it's by genre examples being vampires, zombies and slashers. Adding new ones sucks because you have to make space for them and running out of room sucks too.
Love the idea of grouping movies by genre but I can definitely see how it could be difficult to keep organized! I thought about doing mine by color but most of my dvds are black so it wouldn’t really look that cool haha
I love the idea of a spreadsheet, especially handy as I’ve accidentally double-purchased blu-rays before, and that’s a nice way to keep track of pre-orders, etc. Great video!
Nice video. Spreadsheet is the best way to keep organised. I have text documents too with every film catalogued. On my shelves I keep my VHS, DVD and Blu-ray collection simple in an A to Z fashion. Thanks for sharing and keep collecting and keeping physical media alive.

I used to have a big collection on DVD but have (over time) upgraded so many to Blu-ray/4K. Most of my movies are now Blu-ray/4K editions. Nice collection and always nice to see someone who enjoys physical media!

I have the Keep My Notes app ony phone. I have all my movies in alphabetical order unless It's part of a series. Then I just put the title and 1-however many there are.
Videos like this are always interesting. I like that shelf it looks very sturdy compared to the usual particle board ones. Did my eyes deceive me or do you only have the Friday the 13th movies from Jason Goes to Hell forward?
Thanks I really like them, they’re made out of glass so they’re super sturdy! And yep I pretty much only thrift my dvds so I still haven’t found 1-8 yet!
It's random, but if I ever own a dog, I would absolutely name them Cujo! I haven't met any dog owner with their pet named cujo, that I'm aware. i have not seen you here for a bit nice to see you back i have 4 rooms working on my 5th and soon 6 th never ever store your movies in a basement over time the weather on the basement and cool air you get disc riot many have got that here on youtube , did you hear the news bestbuy will not have dvds any more they are not going to be doing any deals they will ship everything back and online only for now know one knows how long that will last ....some where saying that streaming has started to kill dvds !!! but i dont think so
I used to arrange my collection alphabetically but when they became too much to handle now I just add them as I get them. Congratulations for keeping your movie collection organized alphabetically it takes time and effort but the movies are easier to find that way. Were you the gal that also played videogames? I've been on a videogames buying spree eve since I found out that 2 retro stores called Game Craze were still open since several of them closed down years ago. Anyway good for you to keep your collection in tip top shape and cool video Anna!👉😃👈
