上の箸は、ペンを握る感じで親指、人差し指、中指の三つの指を使って持つ。親指と人差し指で握っている部分に輪っかができているはずだから、そこに下の箸を通す。下の箸は、薬指と小指の先を軽くくっつけた状態で支える。
箸の開閉が難しいから、みんな自分の持ちやすい様に持ってしまうけど、開閉を操作したい場合は、上の箸を持っている三つの指のの指圧を上げると開閉が操作しやすくなる。以上。

I heard that the metal chopsticks (jeotgarak), are commonly used in Korea, cause a old legend about a emperor who always eats with silver chopsticks, for fear of being poisoned. And today, they still use it cause is better for eat barbecue, and hygienist.
