Good evening Jasón my teacher. What a wealth of knowledge I am learning from you. What a genuine person and passionate teacher. It is like a good primary whose passion in teaching affecting that young kid’s future and interest development. Thank you so much 😊
Thank you my brother I mainly play guitar but I also play piano and produce. This really helped me get a better understanding of the exact sound I was hoping to compose. Much love from Texas, You've inspired me to really focus a lot more on my understanding of composition and theory. I've been struggling on putting this specific melody onto paper and making it my own, but after watching this video, I Feel so blessed to have had you as a teacher to show me how to be a better musician.
Thx Jason, your lessons are so easy to understand. The way you teach makes it that way. Whenever i am stuck, or need to progress in my practicing, it's usually your videos that do it for me. I forgot your channel name, and life was harder 😂, even though i had subscribed. Stupid i know.
Mr. Jason ❤🎹❤ thank you very much. What a treat to listen, understand your transparent explanations, writing it all down and then playing it with pleasure. The feeling of achievement is so important. Specially for a beginner like me. Thank you for your skilled guidance. It sounds great. It's fun too. Take care. GREETINGS FROM SPAIN
Thank you sir, love how you simplified it, coming from raag based music playing chords are challenging for me, I always keep wondering which chords will apply esp in 5 or 6 sur raags, and how to have chord progression or triggering of a multiple chord in a bar.
Really great tutorial and astounding clarity in presenting the musical ideas....thanks for spreading musical knowledge so beautifully. Your work deserves millions of views. Sir, I am a musician by hobby and working as a professor at IIT Madras Chennai. However, musical ideas, phrases, and songs come so easily and naturally, very often and in abundance. Although I have learned about piano and keyboard a little bit while my kids were learning with a music teacher, I find myself insufficient in expressing and manifesting in final song form with all richness and flow that I feel within. I am very good at music theory (western and Indian). Is there any course that you run that could bloom my music-creating skill in form of complete finished songs, that I feel within? Let me know.

Depends on your playing level Mahesh. You can send a couple of recordings of you playing the instrument so that we can figure out your skill level to music@nathanielschool.com
Dear Mr Jason Zach I have seen in some of your riff videos and other accompaniment videos that you create a turnaround or a fill so as to create an area of interest and break the monotony of a long uniform rhythmic patterns. These fills or turnaround which are played on the 4th measure , generally based on chords employ scale notes ,outside the chord formula and begin to sound mote melodic, than harmonic. In this part 1 ,the 6/8 arpeggiation that has been demonstrated if played continuously over long period of time in a waltz song would begin to become predictable.Same monotony may happen in other time signatures. These fillers /turnarounds also tend to vary with the genre of the song such as reggae vs blues vs ballad, in addition to the time signature of the musical composition as well. Could you thus please make a video on how to tackle these monotony -breaking tactics by creating turnarounds/fillers/variations across various time signatures as well as different genres ,but using same chord progressions. A seperate video completely dedicated towards creating fillers /turnaround ideas would be hugely beneficial for all subscribers. Thanks for sharing your knowledge and skill .I cannot appreciate you enough for your wonderful videos .
@@nathanielschool I have already shared the 2 videos on 6/8 over to my friends....part2 is superbly fantastic with brilliant ideas of breaking up 6/8 into components that add upto 12 beats finally...This is a novel technique of handling odd metres ,now employed in 3/4 or 6/8 ,so beautifully
You play and sing good. Also explanation is good. Easy to understand. Do you give a private lessons or classes in your music school. I am a beginner learning but not the way it should be. Specially proper way to practice and get control what you play. Please reply. Thanks.

For all the 65+ videos you have to choose the other package which says "Structured Video Courses"
Make an example of song Sir, it is better because piano is used as mother for son. Piano is for accompaniment of song 🙏🙏🙏.
