I'm from the area where the bluebirds are made and it is a thing to give them as wedding gifts. We stopped at Terra Studios on our honeymoon and they us one 💙 They're still open, just not making the bluebirds anymore.
You have so many more antiques there than here in Tn that you are blessed to find so much for a low price to resell. Since there isn’t as much here everything is marked up higher than its value. People thing garbage is gold here. When I lived on the east coast in NC I had an antique shop and when I moved to Tn I couldn’t believe the market. No antique store here!
Loved that the video was longer, just can't get enough SHOPPING with Jocelyn and Casey is awesome also.

Succulents are the only plants i can keep alive too, i know how you feel. Although my son told me it was because they thrive on neglect, something i am very good at.... gotta love those kids, huh. This video was quite nice!

The stack of "huge Salt" cellers are actually for little bones etc that a 'lady' might encounter during dinner service. My grandmother was born in 1898 in England. She that those bowls and taught me about them!!!
We don't hear a lot about Gonder pottery but there are collectors out there. It was made in Ohio in the 40s and 50s and values depend on the glaze used. The price on that vase was below resell value. I like it! Don't see it often in my area. Have a great day!!

Them: Oh they are easy to take care of
Me: shows the dead, dried up succulent while saying yeah that's what I heard about this one.
Nope no plants will survive in my house.

You showed us a Vase and said it was Gonder. It is a Pottery from the Weller Era, (I believe). I am 70 and my Grandma made her sweet tea in a Gonder Tea Pot. I have it now.

You need some air plants . No soil , No water , No nothing but a mist of water once in a while . you can even glue them to magnet for your fridge

Moonstone is Anchor Hocking, dealer had it wrong saying it was Fenton. Fentons glass is a much better quality glass then the Anchor Hocking

I havent had house plants for over twenty years within a week there ready for the compost heap. Now i just have plants for the garden then if they die i can blame it on the weather another English thing.
I go for good quality fake plants and flowers so I don’t kill anything anymore.
