I eventually got my money back (after about 11 Months) by making a Section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act claim. I dont think that back market had any comeback and think that the refund came from Lloyds direct.
I still have the phone and have since took the device apart to see if their was any obvious damage. I couldn't see any. I think it's either the screen or the battery but I'm not going to spend anymore time or effort on it.
I have since brought a brand new S22 ultra and it works! who knew!
I'll never buy second hand again...

@@paulcotton1072 so you said it took you 11 months to get a refund back?

@@mk4reala965 Mine had a years warranty and I had only had it for about 2 months; It still had 10 months warranty.. You do get more protection from ebay/paypal if things go wrong. Something that I have come to realise.

It looks like every ones following Apples lead in not shipping out plugs anyone. Also I think it's an EU instruction as well to reduce waste.
What condition was the phone sold as? Also did you end up sending it back?

The phone was sold as "Excellent condition". The phone was supplied with one of their generic plugs. When you raise a ticket to send the item back you are instructed to include all accessories. So I included everything.
I eventually got my money back by making a Section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act claim.
It was such a frustrating experience, of which I felt powerless. It's as if someone I knew, had stolen money from me and I could do nothing about it. I have never known a company act in this way.
Ironically, I work as a workshop engineer, repairing laptops, desktop and I am HP, Lenovo and Apple accredited.

I got a refund after about 11 months. Not from Back market but from the Bank as I brought the phone using a credit card. If I hadn't then I would have been stuck with the phone.
