I’m sorry but backmarket needs to have NEW batteries in all their phones....ain’t no way 85% battery health is acceptable for a device that is supposed to be refurbished. That’s my only complaint with backmarket.
You have to choose and pay for it. If you click Fair you will get 80 and below. If you click Good you'll get 88 and if you click Excellent.. It'll be 90 and higher. So dont pick fair if you gon complain when it comes 😂
I bought a iPhone SE 2 for $179 in 2023 and the phone didn't last it was rated good, started with 85 the battery was down to 81 ?Unfortunately the 1 yr warranty ran out so I couldn't use that. I don't know if I will buy from them again but today's prices are overpriced for everything new and used.
Brother, please reply to this (I am a starting college student):- In India during the Amazon Great Indian Festival Sale/Flipkart BBD sale, base M1 MacBook Air will be priced around 50k (500 USD); base M2 Air at around 65k (650 USD) and the base M3 at around 85k (850 USD) and the 16 GB variant of the M3 at around 105k (1050 USD). My logic is :- If I buy M1 Air base variant today; it could last me for next 3-4 years but then its resale price will be 0. We can skip the base M2 and there is no point in upgrading the storage as I could just pick the M3 for that price. Now, for the M3, for the 350 dollars, difference I will get a better laptop for next 3-4 years and after that I would get a resale value of around 400-500 dollars which means I could kind of own a M3 Air for less than an M1 Air in a 4 year time frame. Then, if I add the 16 GB upgrade (extra 200 USD), in the 4 years time, when 8 GB ram would really not be enough, I could get additional 150-200 USD resale value (around 70k or 700 USD) meaning it would cost be around the same as the 8 GB M3 MacBook Air or maybe less as 16 GB ram models will be in demand then. So, what call should I take? Which would be a wiser value for money deal??? Please bro, please reply.
Just an update. Its just not worth the lottery buying from backmarket and the like. Too much of a lottery where the phone comes from and what state it will be, especially the battery. Not to mention how over priced they all are for a used device you have no idea how much use its had. I went to the Apple Store and they sell the iphone 13 i wanted for £400!! A little more (but not much) than these backmarket resellers where youve no idea who "supposedly" "refurbished" it (which they never do anyway), but from Apple it gets a PROPER check and refurb AND they all come with a NEW BATTERY and new outer shell so it looks pristine and you wont be receiving some abused phone with an 82% that will need replacement soon (which will then cost more than buying from Apple in the first place). JUST NOT WORTH IT unless they massively reduce their prices. I wouldnt pay more than about £250 for an iphone13 from these lottery resellers when all they do is evaluate how scratched it is, rate it fair to "pristine" and chuck it in a box. You also get a brand new Apple box, cable and manuals buying from Apple). Backmarket and the like are deluded with their prices IMHO.
another update. I just spoke to Apple, their refurbished phones are also STILL WATERPROOF! Which if theyve been opened by the likes of backmarket resellers they wont be. I wouldnt bother with them my advice.

Premium quality has 90% plus battery health
There are grades
You can get a full new battery, only thing is it’s really expensive while if you go to a third party, they can replace it for so much cheaper

Just get the cheap one and don’t worry about resale value. All apple devices hold their resale value pretty well.
"Hello everyone, I'm rich". Weird flex but ok
Its his name. His name is Rich
They are cleaning and reselling as is, no refurbishment
I got iPhone 15 pro in fair condition and I am happy
Bruh I was asking this same question at the very beginning of the week lol
It was meant to be!
