Sadly what you’re trying to do only works if you’ve completed the career. Instead go to highlands and just keep going through the nodes till you get to the skull icon, next go to where the train comes out of the hill not where the train goes into the hill. I did the exact same thing you did for the train and it didnt work, tried for the statue for 2 hours and still didnt do it, i kept bailing as soon as i touched the table
For the table trick on the statue switch the style of the bike (meaning the type of bike that effects your attributes not the look of the bike) I used the bottom one and that one helped me. Got it in 2 or 3 tries.
I can’t do the ring of fire one for nothin >:( Abt 20 mins later and I got stuck on the ring while still on my bike and it did not give it to me I think it’s glitches for me :(

guys if you’re stuck on the “GOOOAL!” one you have to do it all in one life and if you respawn it wont count if you respawn restart your game and do it all in one go, hope you guys find this and it helps

i rode the train 5 times and it didn't count it once, i jumped hung on, tapped it and even died on the ring and it didn't count it, i hit it like 8 times
anyone who cant SELECT BOSS in freeride you first need to complete the boss jump in peaks (the final career map).

The Jump Castle - its okay to go in and out sometimes. Counts them up
Yeah this works and just set a respawn point inside the bounce house, try and stay on your back(jumps are not as high) and you're Good to go!

If you have desert it’s a lot easier to do the ring of fire

do it in the desert and just ride into it worked for me
it has to be a fire+boss jump node. it looks like a skull with a flame behind it
