Mark, the Kimberley is definitely our top spot (despite we love the NT fishing, of course) but the amazing isolated islands, access to fresh water and incredible wildlife certainly makes this stunning place unbeatable! You certainly have to go! 😊

pretty keen to keep a halve eaten fish. Bacteria goes through the meat and it goes mushy if frozen. Eaten straight away probably ok. but nah, each to their own.
