Seems we may have got lucky the day we were there mate. It's real easy to get complacent there when you've spent a week there and never seen one croc. We didn't see any until we got out to kingfisher Island and then it was the norm when we spent a few days in the Ruby Falls Creek system.
yea i know what you mean. I just did a solo trip with my dog up there for 4 months and didn't really see any crocs till I got to red cone Creek. then I counted 19 between ruby Falls and the fork near the mouth.

mate iv seen baby crocs in the hole below the waterfall at the back of Strickland Bay where you swam. I climb up the waterfall to swim at that spot
