Luke 17:34-37, The context here refers to Noah's flood only the ones that were LEFT were saved, so where are these being take who are snatched away? This is true both in Rev 6:16 and in Zech 14:4. Zech 14:5 shows Jesus following God and coming to earth with all the resurrected/raptured saints.

There are 2 visible raptures, Jesus and the 2 witnesses. 1 Cor 15:52 is only a reference to a change from mortal to immortal, that happens so quickly that nobody can see. When the dead are raised out of their graves, the earth will quake. When the dead and the living are caught up, they will be visible.

Feast of weeks was covered in Part 1. Passover goes with Barley and Jesus death. Weeks goes with wheat and Holy Spirit sent. Wine is always associated with God's wrath which chronologically follows the great tribulation. Read Rev 11. The great tribulation ends when the 6th trumpet ends. Then God destroys the destroyers of the earth (winepress) in the 7th trumpet.

There are three raptures in the Bible that were witnessed by human eyes. Elisha saw Elijah go up. The disciples saw Jesus as he went up, and the whole world will see the resurrection and rapture of the two witnesses as they ascend into heaven slowly in the presence of their enemies. What pre-tribbers fail to realize is that there can be no rapture without the resurrection. The resurrection determines the timing of the rapture and not the other way around. The dead in Christ rise first. The rapture happens on the heels of the resurrection; they are inextricably bound together so that you cannot have one without the other. Therefore the resurrection determines the time of the rapture. The next resurrection that will happens is found in Rev. 20 and is called the first resurrection,. This resurrection includes the tribulation saints, (which is a clear indication that the resurrection/rapture will occur at the end of the tribulation period) and it also includes all those who have been delivered from the second death. Anybody out there want to miss this one? The last resurrection happens at the great white throne. judgment. Rev. 20:5-6, "But the rest of the dead lived not again until the thousand years were finished. This is the first resurrection. Blessed and holy is he that hath part in the first resurrection: on such the second death hath no power, but they shall priests of God and of Christ, and shall reign with him a thousand years." These last two resurrections are corporate resurrections that is they are all inclusive of the saved as in the first resurrection and the lost that shall be resurrected in the last resurrection. No other corporate resurrections/raptures can be found in scripture.
Yes, this is correct, and sadly pre-tribbers are woefully misguided and unprepared to face the great tribulation---which they will. The scripture which most directly addresses the timing of the rapture, which is concurrent with the first resurrection is plain. It is Rev 11:18, 'And the time of the dead, that they should be judged, And that You should reward Your servants the prophets and the saints, And those who fear Your name, small and great,...' This is describing the first resurrection and rapture. The scriptures which you have cited, Rev 20:4 is another description of this same group of saints, however, it more specifically describes them at their returning to earth with the second coming of Christ Jesus as King of kings and Lord of lords when He destroys His enemies and the millenium begins. The first resurrection and rapture occurs earlier with the sounding of the 7th trumpet as you have described, but at that moment the resurrected and raptured saints are moving upwards into heaven for the marriage of the Lamb while below on earth the bowls of wrath are outpoured. So it is more accurate to specify the Rev 11:18 verse as compared with the Rev 20:4 verse for these reasons when describing the first resurrection/rapture. It tends to cause confusion when writing or speaking about these end time events that many fail to utilize the most specific terms which Jesus used in Matt 24 for example. There Jesus breaks down the events into 3 basic categories which are consecutive. They being specifically the 'beginning of sorrows' which is followed by the 'great tribulation' and then finally the 'Day of the Lord' which is described elsewhere in scripture, most notably in Joel 2, most explicitly v11. Amos 5:18-20 is another stark description of this period of the outpouring of the bowls of wrath. Note that in these 2 descriptions (and many others elsewhere) the sun and moon being darkened.

I do believe we will be resurrected and raptured prior to the final pouring out of God's wrath which happens when Jesus returns in "flaming fire taking vengeance on them that know not God." 2 Thess 1:8. This also agrees with 1Thess, 5:3. "For when they shall say peace and safety; then sudden destruction cometh upon them, as travail upon a women; and they shall not escape." If you notice in Rev. 16 all those judgments are directed toward the antichrist and his followers. The result of these plagues coming upon them was, "They repented not to give him glory." These judgments are clearly remedial, therefore they still have time to escape, therefore chapter 16 is not the wrath that will leave men no where to run or escape. Also you will notice that after 6 of the bowl judgments are poured out Jesus himself speaks to his people,(which are still there) and encourages them "Behold I come as a thief, (his thief coming/second coming had not come yet), Blessed is he that watcheth, and keepeth his garments..." Here Jesus is encouraging his saints to be prepared for his second coming. 1 Thess 4:16,17. When the Lord begins to descend from heaven then we shall be caught up to meet him in the air but don't stop reading in chapter four as many do for Paul tells the rest of the story i n chapter five and in chapter one of second Thess. Paul tells us that Christ's descending from heaven will end in his thief coming on an unprepared world. Therefore we will NOT stay in the clouds or go back to heaven but will return with our Lord with the armies of heaven to destroy the wicked and then to set up Christ's kingdom on earth. It will be in the kingdom that the marriage supper of the Lamb will take place. Remember what Jesus said to his disciples? Luke 22:16,18, "For I say unto you, I will not anymore eat thereof, until it be fulfilled in the kingdom of God." vs. 18, "For I say unto you, I will not drink of the fruit of the vine, until the the kingdom of God shall come.". The kingdom that Jesus is talking about here is his kingdom that will be set up on earth and Jesus has vowed to abstain from eating and drinking until his kingdom has come to earth. So my question is how can you have a marriage supper without these elements, IMPOSSIBLE.

Rev. 12:6."And the women i.e.Israel, fled into the wilderness, where she hath a place prepared of God, that they should feed her there a thousand two hundred and threescore days." Also read verse 14 which speaks of the very same thing, again it is said in this verse that she i.e. Israel will be "Nourished for a time, and times, and half a time from the face of the serpent." i.e. the devil. Is 26:20 " Come, my people, enter thou into thy chambers, and shut thy doors about thee: hide thyself as it were for a little moment, until the indignation be overpast." God's people are warned to enter our own chambers, not God's chambers. God's people are to shut our own doors. God doesn't close them here like he did for Noah. God's people are to hide ourselves. God isn't hiding us. The indignation is coming and there is no hint of miraculous rescue in this verse.

The trumpet symbolizes the voice of God the Father. Jesus' voice is as the sound of many waters. When the throne of God comes to earth, it is symbolized as voices (The Father and Jesus), thunders, lightnings, and an earthquake. Exodus 19 typifies the throne of God coming to earth. Ex 19:16 "16 And it came to pass on the third day in the morning, that there were thunders and lightnings, and a thick cloud upon the mount, and the voice of the trumpet exceeding loud; so that all the people that was in the camp trembled." The last trumpet will be the last voice of God the Father in this present creation. This is when heaven and earth will pass away. 1 Thes 4 refers to the return of Jesus and the voice of God the Father will manifest as it did in Exodus 19. The 7th trumpet comes from an angel, and is not the voice of God the Father; however the Father does come to earth during the 7th trumpet. I agree that God's word is consistent. It must also be read in context.
With all due respect you are also mixing the second coming with the rapture. In Rev 5:8-10 we see the church already in heaven redeemed unto God. Yes, Jesus's ascension was visible.... to only 4 disciples of Jesus's inner-circle. Only His very elect was invited to the occasion, the whole world did not witness this. The two men said to the disciples, as you have seen Him going, so shall you see Him return again.
That is referring to being taken into the clouds, and His appearing shall be in the clouds where we meet Him in the air. At the second coming Christ is upon a white with His bride, the saints upon white horses following Him! Read your Bible!

There is Christ's 'appearing' which is '...the sign of the Son of Man will appear in heaven (earth's atmosphere, the 1st 'heaven'; where clouds and lightening are seen by men)...' (Matt 24:30) which happens in conjunction with the first resurrection/rapture. And there is Christ Jesus' return as King of kings and Lord of lords, most often called His 'second coming' (Rev 19:11,14) when upon a white horse followed by His bride the saints, all upon white horses, Christ returns to alight upon the earth and tread the winepress at the Har Meggido battle (Armageddon) when He destroys the armies of and captures the beast and false prophet. Then the millennium is instituted and the second resurrection occurs after the 1000 years are completed. (Rev 20:5) All those killed at Har Meggido go to the grave (hades) awaiting resurrection to condemnation at the white throne judgement. So essentially, contrary to your understanding, if I understand you correctly, there are no men 'taken' at Christ's second coming.

John 14 is all about Jesus' death, resurrection, ascension, and sending of the Holy Spirit. When Jesus was on earth, nobody had yet ascended into heaven. Jesus preached to OT saints in hell. 1 Peter 3:18-19: 18 For Christ also hath once suffered for sins, the just for the unjust, that he might bring us to God, being put to death in the flesh, but quickened by the Spirit: 19 By which also he went and preached unto the spirits in prison; On Pentecost, OT saints received the Holy Spirit and were perfected at the same time NT saints received the Holy Spirit. Secret rapture, what are you talking about, there is no such a thing. The coming of Christ is not secret is every year will hear and every eye will see. No secret rapture. Jesus didn't know the day or the hour when he emptied himself of omniscience and became a man. As soon as he ascended into heaven, he was restored with the glory and knowledge he had before, including the time of his return. Although John, in the book of Revelation was not given the day or hour, he was given signs that point to Jesus' return. We are to learn those signs to know the season of his return. Matt 24:45-46: 45 Who then is a faithful and wise servant, whom his lord hath made ruler over his household, to give them meat in due season? 46 Blessed is that servant, whom his lord when he cometh shall find so doing.
I believe that the resurrection/rapture occurs during the 7th and last plague which is pictured in 1 Thes 4:13-18 and in 7 different places in the Revelation.

I assume that the sole reason you believe the rapture will be invisible is based on 1 Cor 15, the change will happen in the twinkling of an eye. Since the rapture or catching up is not even mentioned in that passage and since there is a need for 2 witnesses, please show me a different reason to believe that the rapture or catching up will be invisible. The rapture or catching up of Jesus and of the 2 witnesses were visible events that did not happen in the twinkling of an eye. Notice how the throne of God has come to earth and there is an earthquake. This is true both in Rev 6:16 and in Zech 14:4. Zech 14:5 shows Jesus following God and coming to earth with all the resurrected/raptured saints.

There are 2 visible raptures, Jesus and the 2 witnesses. 1 Cor 15:52 is only a reference to a change from mortal to immortal, that happens so quickly that nobody can see. When the dead are raised out of their graves, the earth will quake. When the dead and the living are caught up, they will be visible.

There are three raptures in the Bible that were witnessed by human eyes. Elisha saw Elijah go up. The disciples saw Jesus as he went up, and the whole world will see the resurrection and rapture of the two witnesses as they ascend into heaven slowly in the presence of their enemies. What pre-tribbers fail to realize is that there can be no rapture without the resurrection. The resurrection determines the timing of the rapture and not the other way around. The dead in Christ rise first. The rapture happens on the heels of the resurrection; they are inextricably bound together so that you cannot have one without the other. Therefore the resurrection determines the time of the rapture. The next resurrection that will happens is found in Rev. 20 and is called the first resurrection,. This resurrection includes the tribulation saints, (which is a clear indication that the resurrection/rapture will occur at the end of the tribulation period) and it also includes all those who have been delivered from the second death. Anybody out there want to miss this one? The last resurrection happens at the great white throne. judgment. Rev. 20:5-6, "But the rest of the dead lived not again until the thousand years were finished. This is the first resurrection. Blessed and holy is he that hath part in the first resurrection: on such the second death hath no power, but they shall priests of God and of Christ, and shall reign with him a thousand years." Yes, this is correct, and sadly pre-tribbers are woefully misguided and unprepared to face the great tribulation---which they will. The scripture which most directly addresses the timing of the rapture, which is concurrent with the first resurrection is plain. It is Rev 11:18, 'And the time of the dead, that they should be judged, And that You should reward Your servants the prophets and the saints, And those who fear Your name, small and great,...' This is describing the first resurrection and rapture. The scriptures which you have cited, Rev 20:4 is another description of this same group of saints, however, it more specifically describes them at their returning to earth with the second coming of Christ Jesus as King of kings and Lord of lords when He destroys His enemies and the millenium begins. The first resurrection and rapture occurs earlier with the sounding of the 7th trumpet as you have described, but at that moment the resurrected and raptured saints are moving upwards into heaven for the marriage of the Lamb while below on earth the bowls of wrath are outpoured. So it is more accurate to specify the Rev 11:18 verse as compared with the Rev 20:4 verse for these reasons when describing the first resurrection/rapture.
It tends to cause confusion when writing or speaking about these end time events that many fail to utilize the most specific terms which Jesus used in Matt 24 for example. There Jesus breaks down the events into 3 basic categories which are consecutive. They being specifically the 'beginning of sorrows' which is followed by the 'great tribulation' and then finally the 'Day of the Lord' which is described elsewhere in scripture, most notably in Joel 2, most explicitly v11. Amos 5:18-20 is another stark description of this period of the outpouring of the bowls of wrath. Note that in these 2 descriptions (and many others elsewhere) the sun and moon being darkened.

I do believe we will be resurrected and raptured prior to the final pouring out of God's wrath which happens when Jesus returns in "flaming fire taking vengeance on them that know not God." 2 Thess 1:8. This also agrees with 1Thess, 5:3. "For when they shall say peace and safety; then sudden destruction cometh upon them, as travail upon a women; and they shall not escape." If you notice in Rev. 16 all those judgments are directed toward the antichrist and his followers. The result of these plagues coming upon them was, "They repented not to give him glory." These judgments are clearly remedial, therefore they still have time to escape, therefore chapter 16 is not the wrath that will leave men no where to run or escape. Also you will notice that after 6 of the bowl judgments are poured out Jesus himself speaks to his people,(which are still there) and encourages them "Behold I come as a thief, (his thief coming/second coming had not come yet), Blessed is he that watcheth, and keepeth his garments..." Here Jesus is encouraging his saints to be prepared for his second coming. 1 Thess 4:16,17. When the Lord begins to descend from heaven then we shall be caught up to meet him in the air but don't stop reading in chapter four as many do for Paul tells the rest of the story i n chapter five and in chapter one of second Thess. Paul tells us that Christ's descending from heaven will end in his thief coming on an unprepared world. Therefore we will NOT stay in the clouds or go back to heaven but will return with our Lord with the armies of heaven to destroy the wicked and then to set up Christ's kingdom on earth. It will be in the kingdom that the marriage supper of the Lamb will take place. Remember what Jesus said to his disciples? Luke 22:16,18, "For I say unto you, I will not anymore eat thereof, until it be fulfilled in the kingdom of God." vs. 18, "For I say unto you, I will not drink of the fruit of the vine, until the the kingdom of God shall come.". The kingdom that Jesus is talking about here is his kingdom that will be set up on earth and Jesus has vowed to abstain from eating and drinking until his kingdom has come to earth. So my question is how can you have a marriage supper without these elements, IMPOSSIBLE.

The trumpet symbolizes the voice of God the Father. Jesus' voice is as the sound of many waters. When the throne of God comes to earth, it is symbolized as voices (The Father and Jesus), thunders, lightnings, and an earthquake. Exodus 19 typifies the throne of God coming to earth. Ex 19:16 "16 And it came to pass on the third day in the morning, that there were thunders and lightnings, and a thick cloud upon the mount, and the voice of the trumpet exceeding loud; so that all the people that was in the camp trembled."
The last trumpet will be the last voice of God the Father in this present creation. This is when heaven and earth will pass away.
1 Thes 4 refers to the return of Jesus and the voice of God the Father will manifest as it did in Exodus 19.
The 7th trumpet comes from an angel, and is not the voice of God the Father; however the Father does come to earth during the 7th trumpet.

With all due respect you are also mixing the second coming with the rapture. In Rev 5:8-10 we see the church already in heaven redeemed unto God. Yes, Jesus's ascension was visible.... to only 4 disciples of Jesus's inner-circle. Only His very elect was invited to the occasion, the whole world did not witness this. The two men said to the disciples, as you have seen Him going, so shall you see Him return again.
That is referring to being taken into the clouds, and His appearing shall be in the clouds where we meet Him in the air. At the second coming Christ is upon a white with His bride, the saints upon white horses following Him! Read your Bible!

And there is Christ Jesus' return as King of kings and Lord of lords, most often called His 'second coming' (Rev 19:11,14) when upon a white horse followed by His bride the saints, all upon white horses, Christ returns to alight upon the earth and tread the winepress at the Har Meggido battle (Armageddon) when He destroys the armies of and captures the beast and false prophet. Then the millennium is instituted and the second resurrection occurs after the 1000 years are completed. (Rev 20:5) All those killed at Har Meggido go to the grave (hades) awaiting resurrection to condemnation at the white throne judgement.
So essentially, contrary to your understanding, if I understand you correctly, there are no men 'taken' at Christ's second coming.

John 14 is all about Jesus' death, resurrection, ascension, and sending of the Holy Spirit. When Jesus was on earth, nobody had yet ascended into heaven. John 3:13 "And no man hath ascended up to heaven, but he that came down from heaven, even the Son of man which is in heaven." All of the dead went to hell, but there were 2 sides. Luke 16:22-26:

Jesus preached to OT saints in hell. 1 Peter 3:18-19:
18 For Christ also hath once suffered for sins, the just for the unjust, that he might bring us to God, being put to death in the flesh, but quickened by the Spirit: 19 By which also he went and preached unto the spirits in prison;
On Pentecost, OT saints received the Holy Spirit and were perfected at the same time NT saints received the Holy Spirit. Eph 4:8 "Wherefore he saith, When he ascended up on high, he led captivity captive, and gave gifts unto men."
Heb 9:15 "And for this cause he is the mediator of the new testament, that by means of death, for the redemption of the transgressions that were under the first testament, they which are called might receive the promise of eternal inheritance."
OT saints, even those in the Hall of Faith in Hebrews 11 couldn't receive the promise without NT saints. Heb 11:39-40:
39 And these all, having obtained a good report through faith, received not the promise: 40 God having provided some better thing for us, that they without us should not be made perfect.

How I understand it is this is the wast think what is happening. God will refine his people, will test us until the end. Jesus didn't know the day or the hour when he emptied himself of omniscience and became a man. As soon as he ascended into heaven, he was restored with the glory and knowledge he had before, including the time of his return. Although John, in the book of Revelation was not given the day or hour, he was given signs that point to Jesus' return. We are to learn those signs to know the season of his return. Matt 24:45-46:
45 Who then is a faithful and wise servant, whom his lord hath made ruler over his household, to give them meat in due season?
46 Blessed is that servant, whom his lord when he cometh shall find so doing.

I believe that the resurrection/rapture occurs during the 7th and last plague which is pictured in 1 Thes 4:13-18 and in 7 different places in the Revelation.

@@divergentone777 To explain further, the great tribulation lasts for 3.5 years, which is also 42 months, which is also 1,260 days, which is also a time, times, and a half. It begins the moment the twice daily lamb sacrifice is stopped, and it ends with the ascension of the 2 witnesses. God's wrath which is most explicitly the 7 bowls of Rev 16 but is also the time of the 7th trumpet; immediately follows the period of great tribulation. This period of God's wrath will likely last 75 days, 1,335 days after the sacrifice is stopped. The great tribulation and God's wrath are 2 distinct periods of time.

The way I see it, Jesus (Messiah the Prince) put an end to the daily sacrifice 2000 yrs ago, when He died and God tore the curtain between the Holy and Most Holy Place
You must understand that the first resurrection happens in 3 parts.
Part 1 - Jesus was resurrected.
Part 2 - The 2 witnesses will be resurrected as first fruits of the resurrection harvest and as the sign of Jesus.
Part 3 - The full resurrection harvest (best pictured in Rev 14:14-16) will be resurrected within 75 days of the 2 witnesses' resurrection.

Remember he said: if I don’t do these things they will not believe. He was giving all who witnessed’ the proof of who he said he was. He was testifying of the truth.

I assume that the sole reason you believe the rapture will be invisible is based on 1 Cor 15, the change will happen in the twinkling of an eye. Since the rapture or catching up is not even mentioned in that passage and since there is a need for 2 witnesses, please show me a different reason to believe that the rapture or catching up will be invisible. The rapture or catching up of Jesus and of the 2 witnesses were visible events that did not happen in the twinkling of an eye. The only thing nobody witnessed (invisible event) was the change from mortal to immortal of either Jesus or of the 2 witnesses.
