A head of a recognized institution ie. Headmistress, head of any of the security services (police, military, fire, immigration etc). It is a MUST to have a witness and also state the position he/she occupies. In essence the witness makes the information you provide valid 👍🏽👍🏽

Yes! You need to get a letter from UG. 5 stages in total (vetting officer 1- vetting officer 5 Question - birth certificate, voters card(during my time... It will be Ghana card this time) letter from your work or school institute, residential address etc ( they will ask you to mention your hometown even though it's on your birth certificate stuff like that just to be sure the papers you have present are true) PLEASE DO MORE RESEARCH ON THE NET TOO👍🏽
Not at all.Print out the form you completeled online and have your witness sign before you go to the passport office on the day they will be expecting you.
@@georgeamoako8571 So if you apply online, you have to choose between available dates for the appointment ( the day you will visit the passport office) Once you pass though the process successfully, you will be given a date for passport collection.
@@georgeamoako8571 You DON'T HAVE to pay anything that is not required of you on the passport website...(passport application fee) DO NOT hand over money to anybody at the passport office... You do so at your own risk...
It may or may not cause a problem... Remember in my case, I applied as a student when I wasn't as at the time I applied. It almost caused a problem as I stated in my video... If you can undo it, please do... If not, be hopeful 👍🏾

Official is best... It gives a better outlook but no dress code stated actually.

Once you can receive mail directly with your residential address they are the same other wise use a local Post Office number near you👍🏽

Then you need to have a photocopy of it. In my opinion, introductory letter is best as stated. 👍🏽
