This music video shows a lot of the progress in the stories in the lore at the moment, there are a bunch of short stories that talks about what happens in the video except for what Pantheon is doing. Volibear didn't get messed up yet, in this video Sejuani and Olaf is fighting Volibears followers called the Ursine that consists of spirit walkers (human shapeshifters).
I thought the spirit walkers were allied with The Winter's Claw? I haven't read all the lore but I've always seen them on good terms since from what I remember, their philosophies were aligned.
@@mataburt They are, but it's a loose alliance. Both the Winter Claw and the Ursine spirit walkers have an ideology of, hardships turn people stronger and remove those who couldn't creating a tribe of only those worthy to survive. While the Winter's claw believes this in terms of battle, fighting and enduring hardships in general, they don't believe that risking starvation simply because there isn't enough to eat counts as enduring a hardship. So they use the, basically magical, cauldron of Ornn, if you drink from the cauldron, you're fed for a year. The Ursine spirit walkers however, believe that only surviving if you find enough to eat, manage to hunt enough, is the truest form of their ideology so they see the cauldron as the ultimate weakness. So in recent events, they stole the cauldron which Sejuani really wants back ^^.
The scene that gets me the most is when Atreus stabs his weapon into the ground when he's about to fight humans, and only takes it up again when facing Leona, the Aspect of the sun. Atreus is the true manifestation of the potential of humanity, and no damn Targon-infused demigod Aspect is going to play games with humans ever again if he has a say in it.
Putting his weapon down (or standing up in the ground) is Atreus' sign of peace. The guardians weren't going to be peaceful, but he didn't want to kill them, so he defeats them using just his shield and own hands. He only takes up his weapon when Leona (now an Aspect) has come down as he wants to fight with the aspects.
@@minty1059 Sorry was out so only just read this. That was his old lore. In short, the lore of them now from what I gather with all the new lore and changes over the years is..... Atreus - has a very strong dislike to aspects. He basically thinks they're assholes, and don't do anything for good especially after being possessed by one (Pantheon) and being forced to fight. He also has a specific dislike to the aspect that possesses Leona, because at some point, that aspect let a load of Atreus' friends just die from barbarians, and rather than punish them she let them go (or something like that).

Something that you mention around 6 minutes in that I really love and Riot does a lot of is when they sync the animation up with the audio so you get sort of "hits" corresponding to drum impacts, the 2020 version of Warriors that Riot did had that with Vi punching dudes to a drum beat and it's just so nice
The detail in the animation actually lets them express regret , realization , pain , in such different and realistic ways compared to before. It's incredible what technology allows us to do.
I love this, League's anthems are so damn good and their animations are so well constructed. Have you ever checked out their metal band pentakill? Got some real bangers
This is probably the reaction video that I like most for The Call. I think the way you are connected to the song, the music, the lyrics, and the pacing is just very authentic, natural and touching.
One thing that i hadn’t really processed until now is that when the ursine is calling lightning at 5:47 the sound in the background is the sound that volibears ult makes when you use it

Great reaction. By the time I write this you will have already learned that it wasn't volibear you have seen :D It was just an ursine. We see the silhouette of volibear in the sky. I highly recommend you read the storyline of Pantheon. It is one of the best lore of the entire runeterra. He has the aspect of war within himself and he is just pissed about the divinities humiliating the mortals. So he is looking for revenge. Pantheon jumped into sky to fight Aurelion Sol probably... We don't know yet. The jumping scene was legendary to be honest. A little detail if you didn't notice. When pantheon approached to the Gate he didn't want to fight innocent solari fighters because he is way more stronger than these soldies. So he put the spear away as symbol of respect. After that soldiers rejected and fight began but he didn't use his spear he just used his shield and fist. Because his spear hosts the aspect of war, that wouldn't be fair :D
I liked the way they showed the blade being forge\struck when they are fighting/striking each other then the blade being quenched(which hardens the blade) as they come back to win.
It's always when Sejuani cries(i realizesd now), her facial expression and raw emotion, without it I don't think this soundtrack would have had me cry as much Lol

Cool little thing about what you said about this being similar to rise. In the league of legends universe, there is a mountain called Mount Targon and people climb it for a chance to essentially become a god. Rise represented the real world version of that climb up Mount Targon in LoL esports. In this cinematic Pantheon is climbing Mount Targon, so your comparison was spot on
Those half-bear characters are called the Ursine, and they are Volibear worshippers that devote their lives to him and become bear-like in the process. So much lore! Great breakdown.

I like your reactions (came here though Harry Mack) and I LOVE League Of Legends so I am happy to see you react to those CRAZY EPIC Cinematic Songs Riot did. Looking forward to all the other songs :)
So there's really no lore on what Atreus/Pantheon is doing rn, but I guess it's also probably pretty simple. He hates that the other Gods basically use humans and treat them like shit, and no Aspect or Darkin is safe from the protector of men. He even puts his spear down when facing humans. What a guy
Atreus is the practically the personification of humanity. He's such a great person to mankind because he IS mankind. He is their strength, he will fight against these untouchable gods in man's place. Fucking legend
To those who think Ornn is just chilling, he’s really not haha. In the lore, he hasn’t forged a weapon in centuries, and he is the God of the forge. Everything he makes is immensely powerful. He once made himself a fork but because he didn’t like it, he threw it away. He later found out that mortals were using it as a legendary trident because it was so powerful. The fact that he is making an actual, proper sword shows that he is preparing for war. To return to the human realm or to fight the war of Gods, we don’t yet know. But it’s a huge, huge deal and should quite frankly terrify you if you really think about it.

Also you should definitely check out some more cinematics all of them are A+
Knox, Thanks for this reaction. I really really want you to react to more of TREASURE. I am sure you will love their music. These are the songs you can check out -
1. My Treasure
2. Be With Me (나랑 있자)
3. Slowmotion
4. Come To Me (들어와)
5. I Love You (사랑해)
6. B.L.T (Bling Like This)
7. Mmm (음)
8. Orange (주황색)
9. Going Crazy (미져가네)
Grande analise, conseguiu interpretar pequenos detalhes do video que fazem toda diferença para essa animação ser tão incrível, concordo com tudo que você disse.
Like it alot that you share your thoughts and give some really good insights, enjoy this reaction much more than other people that kinda do nothing while watching a video just for the free content. Great React, will watch more of your Reaction videos
Pantheon: *gets hit by a star send by Asol, the god of creation and starforger*
Pantheon: And I took that personally...
Now i know that it's a lot of League of Legends related content in a row
But the LEC dropped a song earlier today actually together with Against The Current (who also did a few of the Worlds songs) and it's kind of a banger
It seems like such a small thing, but when the lyrics started, I thought it was cool how he immediately went into 'focus mode'.
You should check out Falling in Reverse’s new song, zombified
Who is agree for knox react WARRIORS and LEGENDS NEVER DIE
You by far have the best reactions! love your videos
They have the best sound tracks and cinematics. Great job
Before playing the video I already put my respective "like" because I know the quality of Uncle knox 1000/10
no one ever talks olaf breaking a 2 thousand pound block of ice with his upper back like its nothing
Knox, if ur interested in mroe info abt the lore to all of this, i would def suggest Necrit, hes like the one guy who does videos on the lore of league.
Very rich analysis and attention do details, the best I have seen so far...
Much love to you❤ my fave person to watch for brakedowns of my favorite songs and artists
I've also found new people to listen to
@@kortneywoitas864 Me too :D
This cinematic is so incredible and I am glad to see you liking it Knox keep up the good work my man!!
if you really look for it its insane how much things in the video are timed with the music.
So good! Great reaction. Love your variety. Best to you and your family.
But it’s a huge, huge deal and should quite frankly terrify you if you really think about it.
bro you need to for sure react to the league rap battles, theyre all very well produced, eu vs na, or team liquid put out a parody to the lil nas x jack harlow song
The respect pantheon has for leona is real. He picked up his spear to fight leona and not for the grunts

Us: this is the best cinematic ever
Riot: you ain't seen nothing yet.
can I ask you please react to the falcon shield songs, this is war. Rap based songs that are league related that combines champion knowledge with a lot of clever writing and doubles. definitely think you would enjoy it considering you have some working knowledge with league of legends.
p.s still waiting on some wretch 32 reactions, dying for it.
My favorite so far! The mood, just crazy!
