    I have to say, I was in Osaka the other day, and I couldn’t find my way through the nest of stations to get to where I needed to go and google maps just wouldn’t work. Hilariously, I suddenly remembered your video about it, I looked it up and it helped!!

    Planning to go to Japan next fall so loving that I'm getting to see stuff in pretty close to real time/what the season will look like. I like the new effects/frames to show off your gorgeous photography. Thanks for the melon ice cream tip, haven't seen it anywhere else yet on YT/social media and I love melons so will definitely have to try that!

      Appreciate it!! And fall is the most lovely time to visit. :) Putting out a video in the next month with some cool Fall spots, so hopefully that'll give you some ideas as well.

    I'm loving the fish cakes, the melon ice cream and your husband's sweater! Another great video. I'm looking forward to my picture tour with you in 2025.

    Always love your guides. So helpful. The amount of times I've walked past places only to see you recommend them later! Have not been disappointed yet haha! Great video

    "don't laugh at my joke" - wait, but that's what we're supposed to do!!
    You guys are great!
    Even if we can't read signs (I can read many), still seeing what the shop front and signs look like are helpful too!
    I need to get some of that Oden. We'll be there the last week of March. It should still be sold I think right?
    We ate too many other things and missed out on Okonomiyaki in Osaka on our last trip. Top recommendations in Osaka?

      Hmmm the Oden might be sold there at the end of March? Especially if it's chilly. But not totally sure....if they don't have it, convenience stores should still have it haha. Top recommendations in Osaka--check out my Dotonbori video, my fav okonomiyaki restaurant (Chibo) is the way to go. Lots of other good foods there too!

    Impressive video, PiQtour Japan. Looking forward to your next upload. I smashed the thumbs up icon on your content. Keep up the fantastic work! Your insights on the fresh seafood options at Kuramon Market were so interesting. How do you think the evolving tastes of tourists are influencing the traditional offerings at such markets?

    • @piqtourjapan
      @piqtourjapan  8 วันที่ผ่านมา

      I'd say a move towards more Western or sugar-y foods, like ice creams, sweet breads, deep-fried foods, etc. Though not totally due to tourists, but more so the evolving tastes of young Japanese in general--the great success of McDonald's here was certainly not just because of foreign customers (though I'm sure I'm doing my part, lol). Thanks for the support!

    Another great video Abigail...my family will be there in August 2025...are markets like Kuromon/Nishiki air conditioned and a good refuge from the heat? Keep up the great work, my wife and I love watching you both!
