Man, I do this with my eyes closed without getting hit. Go to the hanger on the left right so aren't you there get into the jet right pull the toggle as far back as you can and slightly fly right towards the ocean and you should be OK without getting shot at. To make things even better Play with Trevor as your character so you can fly down to Sandy shores hanger and store the jet there
