BRZ with a boxer engine is wide and low, so it can get away with front downforce, since the mass around the engine already promotes stability. With the supra, since it's an inline 6 the engine is comparatively taller and the center of mass is higher, and is generally more tail happy so it benefits more from a rear wing.

What about running a rear wing and rear diffuser I'm asking about FWD cars namely hatchbacks my car's rear end is already happy
Every vehicle and car setup is different, if the rear end is too happy, add some rear downforce!
