- The plaintiff dated the defendant and claims she was controlling and jealous. He claims the defendant sent him threatening text messages when he tried to break up with her. She vandalized his car with a large piece of wood, so he’s suing for car damages. The defendant argues she damaged his car only because the plaintiff assaulted her.
They need to lock her up! Men please don't tolerate this! You are not weak if you go to the police! It does not make you a punk!

My ex lied to the cops and said I punched her in the face with a “closed fist”, I never touched her but I went to jail and I wouldn’t bargain with the DA in court. I took it to trail and I won. The judge made her and the officer look really stupid that day.

My cousin was beaten by is ex wife. He was a beefy construction worker but refused to hit back because his Mom was a DV victim. I think he mimicked his Mom's situation. After the ex wife put him in the hospital (hit him with a 2x4) he left her and remarried his forever love until he passed. DV is psychological. Listen to every claim but watch how victims and perpetrators act. You'll know who did what.

I agree 100%! When I was 19 in the military I had a bf but I drank heavy on the weekends. I was mad and hit him. MPs came to escort me right out his room and to my dorm.
