@@fishinghinny thanks D much appreciated 🙏 yeah nightmare but the fresh air was welcome after a week of being indoors. Thanks for watching and tight lines, hope you’ve been getting a few 🙋♂️👍
Another fab video Dave sea conditions were perfect, the weather looked very pleasant to be fishing in even when you don't feel 100% due to having a cold you are still out there chasing the cod unfortunately they were not playing ball but a rocking saved the blank. Fab video footage m8 withe awesome scenery always a fab watch even when I can't get out fishing as much as I'd like to, keep the videos coming m8 and tight lines 👍🎣🎣🎣
@fullcircleangling No probs Dave you work had and put the hours in chasing the fish, cod bass, smoothhounds ect. Can't wait to get out myself but it's not easy as I don't drive and have to be off work same weekends as my m8 so we can go, but we have our tickets for the euro 2025 tight lines m8 👍🎣🎣🎣
@@harwoodblades3633 exactly mate, can’t win them all. Haha devil handed? Not heard that before 🤷♂️ as in left handed? Yeah the right arm/hand has a tendency to get a bit lazy at times, need to sharpen that up. Thanks for watching and tight lines 🙋♂️
The joys of having the Northumberland coast on your doorstep, even when you’re shabby! Shout out to AD tackle in Wallsend from me as well. Great local shop.
Another great video david thanks.. no fish but i like the fact you still put the footage up as nobody catches fish every session so to only upload vids that include fish isnt realistic as sea angling goes .. i did a day session down collywell yesterday and apart from a small codling coming off my circle hook at my feet i didnt land anything and only one knock in 6 hours .. still enjoyed it as its about getting out in that fresh air and trying .. fish are a bonus .. in saying that i dont like to many blank sessions in a row ! 😂 anyway appreciate you getting out and doing the footage , especially being full of cold .. tight lines .. def wont be many out fishing this weekend !!
@@Markw13 cheers Mark much appreciated 🙏 can’t win them all, especially being full of cold 🤧 Hopefully something waiting for you next time 🤞 Thanks for watching and tight lines 🙋♂️👍
Fair play to you mate for giving it a go especially when choked up, its definitely a bit hit and miss at the moment, hopefully this storm pushes some fish in 🤞🏻 Regards Arnie
Finally caught back up. You’d had quite a roll of success of late, but now you’re readmitted to the blanking club like the rest of us mortals. I know you’ve mentioned about the markings on the cod in your previous videos. To me they look like the scabby fish that you sometimes get out of a wreck. Conversely of all the fish this summer, I don’t think I had a single one that look unhealthy. Really fat and fin perfect. Why they get those markings, I have no idea. And yes that cold was a stinker. Cheers
@@Oli.Brown. cheers Oli. Yeah it has to end somewhere to be fair. Interesting re the wreck comments, as you say though you’ve had clean fish out of them. It just seemed to be a batch for a few weeks followed by clean fish? Strange. Thanks as always for watching and tight lines 🙋♂️👍
Thanks for another enjoyable video Dave. Shame the cod didn’t reward you for your efforts, especially when you’re feeling shabby, cracking effort though! 👍

Another great video Dave, it's good you made the effort especially when your full of man flu, it's a strange place beadnell very hitty miss, I've had more blanks from there than fish, but you have to try, keep it up mate, tight lines.
I watch loads of sea fishing on TH-cam and wonder why you and a lot of other anglers don’t tie up their baits and rigs at home, freeze them, then just clip them on when you get to where you are fishing, which is what I do. It’s a lot easier in a well lit and warm kitchen than on a dark cold night and your fingers are freezing??? Keep the videos coming David 🎣🐟
@@Urbanadventurer6626 yeah it’s a fair point and some anglers do. I’m just too lazy is the long and short of it 🤦 thanks for watching and tight lines 🙋♂️👍
Youre certainly keen. Fished those spots lots of times, but not at stupid oclock 😂 Been out twice beadnell this week silver stinkers both sessions. Savage bites both nights.
Great videos the reason that the saragosa sw twinpower sw stella sw and other big game spinning reels of other makes don't have a back wind mechanism is that they are designed for fish that can take line very fast and the risk of engaging the back wind means the handle would spin so fast and either smack your hand or possibly break the reel but the design of said reels in toughness means they will stand up to cliff rock and surf fishing so well i have a stella sw for years with braid and it moves rocks bends hooks for fun cant fault them
Thanks Mark that’s useful to know. I’d suspected that it was along those lines given they were originally designed (I’m assuming) for the American and Australian markets where the fish are bigger and more powerful. I bet the Stella is a superb reel! Thanks for watching and tight lines for 2025 🙋♂️
