Eazy David you ok my mate, nice one for another flick to watch . Cracking drone shots to show uz the mark. Love the tunes aswell on the old woofa speakers lol. I was out all weekend and it was ok on the humber. Loads of sole ,flounders n eel n dogs . But only had rag left for the Monday n blanked. Same mark n rigs for 4 days but no lucky Lug left for the Monday. Bait is king. All the best david from GRIMSBY.
@@carldawson832 hi Carl all good mate hope you are too👍 glad you’ve been getting a few fish mate sounds like there’s a bit to go at down your way. Glad you enjoyed, thanks a lot for watching and commenting 🙋♂️👍
Dave mate, have you never heard Bananas are bad luck when fishing. Great film mate , keep at it. Nice that TH-cam people show that you dont always have good days ! Tight lines
Sandwich terns - scratchy calls. I think I'll switch to fixed spool, had one too many birds nests on an ancient Garcia Mitchell yesterday - thanks for another good one, well put together.
The tides about to turn mate with Autumn / winter just around the corner and hopefully better returns for your efforts 🤞🏻🎣 i still always enjoy your videos fish or no fish there's always something to take from them👍🏻 I've ordered some of they Trident pulleys to give a go 👍🏻 Regards Arnie
The Bewick drift was the roadway where the caravans are where we used to drop supplies down Ellington colliery, the drift bottom would be around where the houses are at snab point, from there the roadway went out to sea about 5 miles then turned north toward coquet island the whole of duridge bay is undermined.
Another great video Dave, newbiggin area was always a good winter shot after a good blow, it never seems to produce much in the summer, it's been strange weather this summer to get out on some calm marks, you have to be in it to win it no one can say you don't put the hours in, maybe a nice double next time out, tight lines.
Personally I've always struggled on the Beacons during the summer months, however, it's a different beast come winter in darkness after a big Northerly. I'd have favoured further north Pern Carr or Newton Scarrs in the thick weed myself, least you tried mate not all about catching but nice when you do role on those cold dark nights hey tight lines and best wishes.
Whats ya waders pal? Unusual to see breathable on a sea fishin vid. Allus lookin for the holy grail, dry but hard wearing. Chucked money at it but ain't been good since most manufacturers outsourced to China. Vass man the mo, bit sweaty in July n August tho 😓 Day like that makes ya appreciate the good days,
Great video, apart from the lack of fish. I've been waiting (for any channel) to do a POV, from the beacons. Fished church point last summer and didn't keep an eye on the rising tide behind me. Had to cross a waist deep gully with no waders on, to the amusement of onlookers from the prom. Moral is!! Always be aware of the tide and surroundings. 😂
You say what more can I do I think you’ve got to come south if you can because you’re doing everything right but there ain’t no fish great video happy days 👍🥸
Yesss same as me today was out for HW this morning big fat blank 1 bite all day but thats fishing bit theres always sunday night over low water haha and you and these 2 day benders your getting to old for them 😂 anyways have a good wk end🎣
I've had my eye on the kompressor ss for a we while also been told by some serious anglers that it's a great choice for the ruff stuff or even extremely heavy ground ,, I'm a bid dubious if it would handle being blown over on to the rocks and jst general little bumps around the rings with out damage,, what's your opinion on that,, cheers 👍
@@bertbasset8961 it definitely it Bert. I suppose the question is which rod can handle being blown over? They’ll all mark and scratch if they hit the rock hard enough. Occupational hazard 🤷♂️
