The only valuable part of this video is showing how to open the battery. The OP's 'fix' is absolute unsafe jerry rigging! All he did was bypass what is obviously a regulator/safety mechanism. Would have been FAR more useful if he'd opened a working battery as well and shown a close up of the blown part so we could find a replacement. However, I'd bet most people who find this video have one or more bad cells in their battery pack, instead of a defective board.

Justo tengo el mismo problema me pasaba lo mismo hoy desarmo las baterias y pruebo yo pensaba q era el cargador xq le dabas un golpesito atrás del cargador y cargaba de lo mas bien

Minha bateria 🔋 é da bosch 12v e também não quer funcionar na parafusadeira.
Acredito que tenha ocorrido algum problema na proteção do circuito das baterias 🔋.
