Nice video! I just notice that at second test you made in video the autostop does not work anymore, why? When you release the trigger the motor should stop immediately.
There should be no problem. This kind of brushed motor is designed with wide voltage, and the switch has no complicated circuit. If the voltage is changed to 20V, it should be more powerful and the speed will be higher.
where did you buy the set of brushes for the electric motor? I have a 6260d that needs a new gear box but I also want to replace the brushes in the motor like you did but I can't find them.
Берешь головку на 7 с закругленными гранями, она идеально подходит на вал шпинделя зажмаешь и оикручиваешь патрон. Стоят два подшипника 6800 которые необходимо пересмазать....
You can only replace the whole motor. Part number is 629875-4. Well we are seeing this guy replacing the back end of the motor but reassembly is a bit of a hack job as the motor is designed to be non-serviceable which makes sense because they are cheap.
Really really great job, people like you are real inspiration. Thank you 🙏
Nice repair, this model is so good that when Makita made new model with li ion batery used same gear assy and same motor 😎

I'm not sure, but when I used it in the past few days, I found that it has an automatic braking function again.😂
