I'm 49 and disabled. Have Arthrogryposis Multiplex Congenita (joint/muscle contractures) and Osteogenesis Imperfecta (brittle bone disease). Been handicapped since birth, started using a wheelchair permanently around 7 years old. I've done some crazy shit in my life: racing down steep hills, jumping ramps, trying to ride motorcycles when I can't even walk, holding onto car bumpers going at 40+ mph. I've broken quite a number of bones in the process. Severely broke and screwed up my left leg once when I crashed racing down a steep hill while weaving between people and jumping curbs and medians. Had this type of thing been around when I was younger, I would probably have killed myself trying to do it. This guy gets my total respect. From one generation to another, keep doing you Aaron. Give those who are in a similar situation something to live for. :)

Nothing to do with him being in a wheelchair. My mom would try to kill me no matter with what vehicle I try a front flip on a huge ramp and im 26 lol
I kinda feel like the mom should have waited until after the gang celebrated with him.
Hardest thing as a parent is to let your kid go out and cane themselves as they explore their boundaries. That wasn't in the Child Raising 101brochure.

Please someone explain one reason why someone would dislike this video. He's such an inspiration and example of determination
One probable reason is that for some the thumb down could mean like "I don't want this kind of videos suggested". Other is the viewer is really young and just... doesn't get this. Whatever the real reason is, it is probably not related to the action. The more I think, the more I can find possibilities of "misfiring" the thumb down. My kitten jumped on the tablet! I just missed the thumb up slightly! I fell asleep on watching something before and shuddered awake knowing nothing about what's happening! But also, it could be psychological reason. Hatred, bad day, girlfriend left... Still, 3 out of 800+ is so low it can be ignored. It means this stunt is ranked really high!

You should watch the 'Travis Pastrana Nitro Circus' movie. It's kind of a documentary journey to this big event. They do a lot of stuff in Travis' back yard. In one scene they're doing a loop de loop. Aaron tried it and crashed. Someone said, "Aw man, he hit so hard, I thought he was going to get up and walk!" (^.^)

Because some mothers, especially mothers of disabled kids, can be too overprotective. Aaron's mum just wants to see him do what he loves and do as well as he can.

1. I disliked the video because people cry about people who dislike the video and expect everyone to LOVE every single video they like.
2. What inspirational guy? All I see is a guy in a wheelchair who has access to a huge ramp and multiple people helping him. If any normal person in a wheelchair wanted to do this, guess what? Tough luck.

So there I was at the airport when this modest guy goes by than I was like daaaaamn its "wheels" I struggled with the thought of going up to him and saying hello and getting to meet such a hardcore athlete and my fiance talked me into going up to him and let me tell what a down to earth amazing individual he's polite kind and very modest .thank you again sir for being such an awesome individual

If you think about it, Aaron is basically riding vertically downwards at a fairly rapid pace. At which point he only has a few seconds ahead of him to not only consider his own safety, but he's also to think about how the wheelchair is going to react if he bottles the stunt!
