Watching this video, it came to my mind that Vietnamese people have great respect to their ancestors. Here they are circling around the statue of an ancient General on horseback is like to show him their homage. Great inspiration though!
Regarding Saigon traffic, it;s a legend. A real jam with minimum accidents.
