Mahalo, the white handled knives are Dexter brand knives. I bought the larger one from POP and the smaller one from Hobbietat but both places carry both knives. The orange handle knife is a Chinese brand knife off of Amazon, it came in a set with 2 filet knives and some other knives and a sharpener.
