If the bedskirt is made of cotton, polyester, canvas or rayon (and is color fast) this product is safe. This product is not safe for silk, leather, velvet, chiffon, mohair or wool. As far as the underpad, you will need to check the manufacturer's instructions to determine if using a liquid spray is safe or if it will ruin the underpad. If the underpad has foam or has silk, leather, velvet, chiffon, mohair or wool, don't use this product. For both items, if you are uncertain if this spray will ruin them but are willing to risk trying the product, I would test the product in an inconspicuous place before treating the whole item.
