Oh, my goodness! I just barely saw your question! I'm so sorry! All three kings are made from the same size of paper, but are folded to a slightly different place in one of the steps. Starting at 1:44 in the video I show you how to make the pinch marks for the different heights of the kings. I labeled them on the paper. If you are making the short king, you will make the fold shown at 3:13 in the video to pinch mark #3 (meaning the corner of the paper will touch pinch mark #3, which has the arrow pointing toward it in the video and is labeled "SHORT"), instead of to pinch mark #5.
