I feel like a sense of rhythm is inherent to people in general, now how good your sense of rhythm will vary from person to person. It’s just pretty dumb to say majority of any group has or do ent have something when your evidence is a few anecdotal cases and you’re referring to 100 of millions of people.
Nah, it's just expected of you in society so naturally you are raised that way and other cultures aren't, hence they're not strong with rhythm but really strong in other areas like, economics, organization skills, leadership and other things that increase the chances of being successful...dancing and hating white people isn't the norm or a priority in other cultures.
