You just need to connect both your camera and phone with a common wifi (may be your parents phone or friends phone hotspot) .. and you are ready to go
You can provide hotspot with other phone and connect the camera and your mobile to that wifi. It will work.

I am unable to see my camera in remote access. I am only seeing the footage when i am connected with same wifi. Is there is any settings to change in order to use it through phone data from anywhere.
This should not happen as there is no other settings, if camera is connect to a wifi network then you can check the live footage on mobile via mobile data too. Reset the camera and then try again.
