Maybe Ladros should be a top laner who's also can be played in jungle. Like you know, he spent centuries trying to get his lovers memories back, but eventually he failed and gave up on her, so I think, it would be accurate and ironic if he is played in completely different lane.

Passive, spectral sword : with each auto Ledros leave a spectral shard in the person he just hit. he gain movement speed against target marked by spectral shard and can pass through them A/Q Brute force : empower your next attack. ledros land a powerful strike dealing bonus damage. If the target is marked by spectral shards the are consumed and it release a shock wave that mark everyone in a line beind the target and deal damage to every champion hit marking them. the range and damages are increased by the number of shard the initial target bares W/Z Undying purpose : Ledros sheild himself or an ally and 50% of the damage done to the sheild heal Ledros every attack or spell that damage the shield stack a spectral shard on the attacker E stay away : Ledros give a sheild bash in small cone knockin back enemies. if the enemies have spectral shard they take bonus damage for each shard stack on them and are slowed/ the are in the outer range of the cone they are rooted. R King's shield : Ledros target an ally they both gain a shield for the next 3sec if an enemy attack Ledros shielded ally he is taunt by ledros for 1.5 sec (valid only once per champ & ulti) attacking the shield apply spectral shards. Here you go : spectral shards to recall Kalista Powerfull smash to show he is a warrior And a mark of his past as the king's sheild.
All I want is another minionmancer champ like yorick and malz, and riot keep teasing me. Belveth is released and i think she has to have summons, but shes an attack speed based fighter. Naafiri is released but she feels like a regular assasin with dogs that occasionaly do stuff. Skarners is released and they say he was going to be a pet collecting map roamer but that was scrapped. Aurora is teased and i think she has a pet summon, but the spirits just float there and haestryr dosent even show up! EDIT: I completely forget about milio and his fuemigos, mb
If silco had become a champion, i can almost guarantee you he would have been one considering all the toys jinx has and him retaining his debonair--air of control and sharp wit. He'd definitely would have had mini minions controlling the map in some way.
I was so upset when Haestryr wasn't a part of Aurora's kit. I thought it was gonna be him walking alongside her and doing most of the abilities, or have him and Aurora combine their magic but, nah, generic Genshin Impact witch is cool or something I was also expecting Naafiri to be super complex (Before they said she wouldn't be), like imagine being able to manually control the pack or at least direct them towards certain enemies, lanes or objectives. They could still have limited health and abilities, as they do now, but it's better than how they are now, being more mundane than Yorick's ghouls
Dear god I hope not. Don't get me wrong I like the idea of summoners/minionmancers but listen, Riot DOES NOT know how to do it properly. And I'm not willing to bet on them when in reality we're probable to get some cringe trash being advertised as one just to be some ranged caster or melee juggernaut with a few gimmicks. The closest they got to a proper minionmancer was Yorick but he still is poorly designed (and overpowered).

Jack's accent is actually supposed to be south african ☺ but in all seriousness I'm happy he was so high up on the list. He'd be an awesome champ in League... and also in 2XKO. You could have team JB Blanc and run Braum/Jack! As for Ledros, I don't think he NEEDS to be a tanky support. He could be a top laner who can also flex support if you want to run the lovers duo. And they could focus more on the spectral side of his kit to differentiate himself from Leona, maybe he would wield his sword telepathically in certain abilities or teleport, like the Bell Bearing Hunter from Elden Ring. Just a couple ideas
I think tbskyen said it best in his short about jinx arcane desing, in game jinx is vibrent and cartony looking to fit the GAME league of legends while arcane jinx desinged to fit the TV SHOW Arcane:a league of legends story, if they were to a charechter in it will have to be changed to fit the vibes of league
I agree with this, but I don't suppose it would be impossible to give Sevika some new drip that's a bit brighter. It works especially I think since the teaser showed her with an arm clearly inspired by Jinx's contraptions, or even made by Jinx herself, so you could play into this alliance and give her hints of pink and purple. You could also make her maroon and yellow contrast a bit more

Ledros, the damn character that should be playable on Top, Jungle and Support (to match with Kalista ofc) The damn champion has potential, he could reflect projectiles with his shield, or have the most insane Ult, a kind of revenge, imagine that he enters or puts an ally in suicide mode, causing his damage to be increased but he loses defense, and if he is eliminated during this period, part of the fatal damage received will be reflected as real damage to the enemy that knocked him out, it would be simply absurd and useful.
What I love most about the idea of Sevika being a champion is she can bring back old Kayle's play style with her E activating her laser sword for ranged atacka
My absolute wild fantasy for Profesor Von Yipp is to make them like Cho’Gall from HOTS. Make them two characters who pilot the same character, you can only play one if someone picks the other. You get a character who is quite literally an absolute raidboss on behalf of him needing to fill shoes of basically two characters, but at the same time you realistically get a dumbass who keeps almost fighting with himself because league players can’t cooperate for shit.

tbh the shark yordle thing would be really easy cause you just take kled and instead of Skaarl (almost went for Carl) you slap Rek'sai when shes "submerged" then give like 5 cannons on the sharks back and make it like GP Q's and then it can build tank and be bot lane for the tanky marksman like sure its building tank but has fuck all damage, if all the marksman are L3/33 CC's then Shark is a Maus but then flip the cannons around :V
Rex could genuinely make for a very interesting artillery marksman, with extremely slow but powerful auto-attacks at range (maybe just have him bite/slash things up close so farming isn't miserable).
It's not a new character, but if they ever do a veigar rework I would love to see his mech and his connection to minions explored. Maybe have it so his ult lets him go into the mech for a bit.
I feel like vrynna should have been on the list. She is an important character for the winters claw, who already have very little representation for being such an important faction in the freljord. She appeared in multiple stories, one of them literally being her own backstory (The one in the realms of runeterra book). And also has an epic-tier card in LoR. She is not known by most casual people like the others but is a cool lore character that is often forgotten and deserves more attention.
I know a lot of people want Xolaani as a support for the darkin teamcomb, but I would rather her being a rival to Aatrox in top lane and she would be more fun and way cooler than just a support (also if she would become a toplaner she could have a in game mission with Aatrox)
Correct me if I am wrong, but Jack made a deal with Tahm Kench and is still reaping the benefits of that. So that's a nice connection to have with our beloved Catfish, who deserves some more lore love imo. Also: hopefully Sevika gets her chance after season 2.
After hearing that ledros bit how he failed to bring back his love and thresh just taunting him, I imagine hes just like 10 feet away watching him making snarky comments to piss him off
I remember at one point a Riot employ said they wanted to introduce a Vampire character (Briar), but they also wanted to introduce a full blown Demacian purge champion. I for one imagine a old priest looking champion using a book to summon Kayle's power to smite his opponents. Super racist too haha
I still find hilarious how their excuse for not adding Silco as a champion was "it wouldn't make much gameplay-wise" when they added Renata on the literal same patch they added Silco in TFT. On the other hand, I would love to see Corina as a champion, it could be a mix of plant based gadgets and chemical stuff. One of the levels in Convergence was her "laboratory" and there's probably some nice ideas for pets you could use for her kit. And I'm 100% on board for Rex as a champion, specially if you add the yordle (which, btw, is Petty Officer, another card) so they can bicker like in LoR. And hell, we NEED more monster champs, that dumb lizard they put in the game barely counts. I totally agree with Wisteria (Sadly I guess there's already too many fire mages), Sevika (basically Vi 2.0, but with more gadgets), Xolaani (we NEED more Darkin in this game, and they have teased way too many times that there's a fifth one alive) and of course Ledros (is criminal he isn't a champion yet. He even appears as a superboss in Ruined King, he has a gameplay they can replicate in LoL). The rest... eh, I don't feel them that much.
I would make Ledros to become a tanky protector for the ADC / APC. He'll be a flex champ for top, jungle & support (matching with Kalista). Also, we need Xolaani (Arthis did amazing making her a champion), Cithria & Wisteria.
For my money, I'm would love Sevika and Xolaani, but if i had to pick anyone, It would be a Frozen Watcher. It might be because the void is my favourite faction, but by this point they has been referenced a ton and introducing one would push Lissandras story, which if you only follow the main leauge stopped the moment her release event finished, bel'veth openly has beef with them, so it would push her story, it would open room for expansion on vel'koz, i love my void squid boy, but his story deadended fro. Word go, and just as a whole would open the expansion of both frelijord and the void, specifically the void cause outside of Lissy, the void has been mostly centered on shurima and icathea, so for this world ending theat, we don't see much from them. Like here is this world ending invasion from eldritch monstrosities, but its fine, they can sit in the desert while noxus starts another petty war and demacia puts people to death for the sin of existing outside social norms. But the words have lingered for years "The Watchers will return" and when that happens, you must act at once, bring an army, bring ten armies, throw those damn Watchers back into the abyss.
I think Mihira also would be really honorable mention. The balance between Kayle and Morgana that could use some unique gameplay and explain lore of rune wars and celestials.
Ledros could be a sort of inverse leona. Someone who locks people down when they go in instead of being an initiator to pair with kalistas mobility, and who then pairs with her ultimate to be thrown in to a fight to get his cc as the initiation, like a bulky bruiser support with some enchanter aspects
The ideai of Broadmane being released as the "noxian diplomate, join the empire" and after that Farron being relased as the "YOU WILL JOIN THE EMPIRE" is really funny
silico coming back to life as an experiment by singed would be great. Have that scarring from his eye spread throughout the left side of his body and have him become pretty much the tyrant from resident evil. Except he still has his intelligence. That would be a horrifing and great champ design
I think a good way to separate Ledros from Leona would have him be the other side of the coin. Leona is engage, why not have Ledros be the more protective aspect of the shield and sword. Someone that shows the noble side of such items
Whenever someone says "we cant have that character because its the same concept as (champion)..." Dude, we got Sona 2.0. Ledros supp could be amazing, same concept as leona but make his ult something more in the fighter style, like summon a bunch of soldiers, or maybe some kind of enrage whe his partner dies...
Once I had a dream that they've added Norra to the game. It was all about summoning a ton of creatures and then escaping the fight with huge movement speed. My brain for some reason wants to add a very toxic champion to game.
Xolaani not being in the game is so weird, like she has more story than most characters and it's extremely influential. I liked Naafiri a lot but her story was so bad out of nowhere.
Just for fun a kit for Leadros: P Eternal servitude At the start of the game Leadros binds to an ally. When near his ally, he heals % of the damage the ally dealt to enemy champions. Q Reach of Death Leadros summons a spectral hand forward. It deals damage in its path and stops on the first enemy champion hit. If it hits a champion it tethers to them, stealing movement speed and shredding defences for up to 2 seconds. W Restless March Leadros dashes forward a small distance (can't pass walls). If he collides with an enemy champion, he stuns them for 0.5 seconds (3 seconds internal cd per target) and resets the ability. E Blade of suffering Leadros slashes in an arc in front of him. Enemies hit take damage and then another dot of the same amount over 3 seconds. Leadros heals percentage of the dot damage ( halved for non champions) R Never-ending Pain Leadros unleashes his curse around him. He emits an aura around him for 4 seconds. Enemies in the aura deal reduced damage, take increased damage and have reduced tenacity. If Leadros dies before the ability ends, the aura timer resets and stays at the spot Leadros died.
Hear me out: Leona gets a major VGU tying her visuals and abilities more to the Solari and THEN Riot brings Ledros in and gives him basically all of Leonas abilities 😎
What if Ledros had special combo (same like xayah rakan) with Kalista. Mark Ledros with Black Spear and she can yeet him from whatever he is. (like from Top to Bot)
You can make ledros a jungler, he goes to botlane to help kalista when she is in danger but goes in adventures around the rift while searching for a cure

Maybe Riot can do something similar to Dota 2 and releases these characters as personas for current champs, meaning they would have the same skills, but different animations, voices, etc

It's not a new character, but if they ever do a veigar rework I would love to see his mech and his connection to minions explored. Maybe have it so his ult lets him go into the mech for a bit.

I want APC Norra. She's in 2 of 3 games now. We just need her in League now.
I feel like vrynna should have been on the list.
She is an important character for the winters claw, who already have very little representation for being such an important faction in the freljord.
She appeared in multiple stories, one of them literally being her own backstory (The one in the realms of runeterra book). And also has an epic-tier card in LoR.
She is not known by most casual people like the others but is a cool lore character that is often forgotten and deserves more attention.
Ledros ult temporary remove like 30% of the enemies current health would be fire af 🔥🔥
I know a lot of people want Xolaani as a support for the darkin teamcomb, but I would rather her being a rival to Aatrox in top lane and she would be more fun and way cooler than just a support (also if she would become a toplaner she could have a in game mission with Aatrox)
Correct me if I am wrong, but Jack made a deal with Tahm Kench and is still reaping the benefits of that. So that's a nice connection to have with our beloved Catfish, who deserves some more lore love imo.
Also: hopefully Sevika gets her chance after season 2.
Don't worry they are gonna have a unique moveset of a dash, skillshot, cc and a 3 hit passive.

I still find hilarious how their excuse for not adding Silco as a champion was "it wouldn't make much gameplay-wise" when they added Renata on the literal same patch they added Silco in TFT.
On the other hand, I would love to see Corina as a champion, it could be a mix of plant based gadgets and chemical stuff. One of the levels in Convergence was her "laboratory" and there's probably some nice ideas for pets you could use for her kit. And I'm 100% on board for Rex as a champion, specially if you add the yordle (which, btw, is Petty Officer, another card) so they can bicker like in LoR. And hell, we NEED more monster champs, that dumb lizard they put in the game barely counts.
I totally agree with Wisteria (Sadly I guess there's already too many fire mages), Sevika (basically Vi 2.0, but with more gadgets), Xolaani (we NEED more Darkin in this game, and they have teased way too many times that there's a fifth one alive) and of course Ledros (is criminal he isn't a champion yet. He even appears as a superboss in Ruined King, he has a gameplay they can replicate in LoL). The rest... eh, I don't feel them that much.
I would make Ledros to become a tanky protector for the ADC / APC. He'll be a flex champ for top, jungle & support (matching with Kalista).
Also, we need Xolaani (Arthis did amazing making her a champion), Cithria & Wisteria.
For my money, I'm would love Sevika and Xolaani, but if i had to pick anyone, It would be a Frozen Watcher. It might be because the void is my favourite faction, but by this point they has been referenced a ton and introducing one would push Lissandras story, which if you only follow the main leauge stopped the moment her release event finished, bel'veth openly has beef with them, so it would push her story, it would open room for expansion on vel'koz, i love my void squid boy, but his story deadended fro. Word go, and just as a whole would open the expansion of both frelijord and the void, specifically the void cause outside of Lissy, the void has been mostly centered on shurima and icathea, so for this world ending theat, we don't see much from them. Like here is this world ending invasion from eldritch monstrosities, but its fine, they can sit in the desert while noxus starts another petty war and demacia puts people to death for the sin of existing outside social norms. But the words have lingered for years "The Watchers will return" and when that happens, you must act at once, bring an army, bring ten armies, throw those damn Watchers back into the abyss.

Ledros could be a sort of inverse leona. Someone who locks people down when they go in instead of being an initiator to pair with kalistas mobility, and who then pairs with her ultimate to be thrown in to a fight to get his cc as the initiation, like a bulky bruiser support with some enchanter aspects
The ideai of Broadmane being released as the "noxian diplomate, join the empire" and after that Farron being relased as the "YOU WILL JOIN THE EMPIRE" is really funny
They need to add some Hecarim and Kalista interactions, ones that reference Ruination and the time when they were humans
silico coming back to life as an experiment by singed would be great. Have that scarring from his eye spread throughout the left side of his body and have him become pretty much the tyrant from resident evil. Except he still has his intelligence. That would be a horrifing and great champ design

I think a good way to separate Ledros from Leona would have him be the other side of the coin. Leona is engage, why not have Ledros be the more protective aspect of the shield and sword. Someone that shows the noble side of such items

Once I had a dream that they've added Norra to the game. It was all about summoning a ton of creatures and then escaping the fight with huge movement speed. My brain for some reason wants to add a very toxic champion to game.
Xolaani not being in the game is so weird, like she has more story than most characters and it's extremely influential.
I liked Naafiri a lot but her story was so bad out of nowhere.
Just for fun a kit for Leadros:
P Eternal servitude
At the start of the game Leadros binds to an ally. When near his ally, he heals % of the damage the ally dealt to enemy champions.
Q Reach of Death
Leadros summons a spectral hand forward. It deals damage in its path and stops on the first enemy champion hit. If it hits a champion it tethers to them, stealing movement speed and shredding defences for up to 2 seconds.
W Restless March
Leadros dashes forward a small distance (can't pass walls). If he collides with an enemy champion, he stuns them for 0.5 seconds (3 seconds internal cd per target) and resets the ability.
E Blade of suffering
Leadros slashes in an arc in front of him. Enemies hit take damage and then another dot of the same amount over 3 seconds. Leadros heals percentage of the dot damage ( halved for non champions)
R Never-ending Pain
Leadros unleashes his curse around him. He emits an aura around him for 4 seconds. Enemies in the aura deal reduced damage, take increased damage and have reduced tenacity. If Leadros dies before the ability ends, the aura timer resets and stays at the spot Leadros died.
We need Xoolani and ballcocks

I think to help with distinguishing Ledros' silhouette from Leona, he could put his shield or sword on his back and pull it out when needed. Otherwise he needs some massive chains hanging off of him or some shit. Maybe his sword is so broken it just looks like he has his shield and he only pulls the halfshalft out for his ult
Maybe Riot can do something similar to Dota 2 and releases these characters as personas for current champs, meaning they would have the same skills, but different animations, voices, etc

I would love Kobuko, I been missing him. I play a ton of double up with a friend, and whenever we would buy Kobuko we would just regurgitate is hilarious voice lines, it was both the funniest and stupidest bit ever.
Hot take I think Ledros would be a jungle/sup. Heavy dive engage tank that would set up well for other things, letting champs with cc like varus and kallista follow up
