Sir apnai kha 113A main Death jaruri nhi but it is written in the Section itself that if she had committed suicide with in 7 years means death jruri hye
Suicide krne ki kosis ki thi pr by luck bach gai h to vo is section m ayegi aur jab by suicide later ya other things k dwara bata chale ki ushne suicide abetment dwara ki h to vo is section m aayega Ok some other help you can call sir
Well said, section 113A only deal with the cruelty and not dowry death. Presumption in favour of deceased and against accused and his relative that they abated her to commit suicide although it's she who committed suicide. Whereas in 113B she was killed by her husband or relative.
Point of distinction between accomplice, approver and co-accused. 1. Approver can only be regarded as always an accomplice whereas an accomplice need not necessarily be required to be an approver as in order to become an approver both the accomplice and co-accused is required to reveal the truth regarding offence or rather confess their criminal act for an exchange to grant concession from charges. 2. The confession and testimony provided by co-accused and accomplice respectively stand different from each as the former is tested by cross-examination and later by oath. 3. Corroboration of evidence in case of confession of co-accused is important whereas in case of approver’s testimony the corroboration can be rejected if the evidence of an approver is intrinsically or inherently impossible or is otherwise unreliable or unacceptable 4. Confession of the co-accused cannot form the basis of case whereas testimony of the approver is treated otherwise.
It's simply says that when court ask to produce the document or other thing, then it's the duty of the person to produce the same, and if fails to produce it shall be presumed that the document not produced must be unfavorable to him.

Sir, what's the main difference between a co-accused and an accomplice, and the statements given by them in sec 30 & 114(b), respectively.
Section 30 talked about confession under joint trial but section 114(b) ask to corroboration without which it's risky to punish accused
@@harpreetsinghkahlon2827 Sir, that means the accomplice need not be in the same trail with the accused
