I’m so glad you ladies take some time to yourselves each week. It really is so important. I’ve been doing the same thing once a week by taking my 9 year old to my moms house for a couple of hours and forcing myself to go do something by myself, even if it’s just walking around a store or garage sale. He homeschools and has major anxiety so taking him anywhere takes a ton of prepping and planning and energy. So we don’t go out often and he really doesn’t like staying with anybody at all. But that 2-3 hours a week has really helped boost my mood.

Lol I’m so glad you include sweet Nonnie, my little mom and mother in law use to say (was in their 80’s) that most people don’t have nothing to say to older people. 😢 isn’t that sad? So I always tried to pay closer attention when we all were in crowds. Looked like y’all had a good time, yayayaya for you ladies. God Bless. ❤
I had dinner @ The Local Goat in Ooltewah and absolutely loved it! So fresh!! Delicious!! We were passing through on our way to Lexington after spending a month with my daughter (who just had her first baby) on Ft.Moore in Columbus GA
