- SOMEONE STOLE FROM ME WHEN I HAD MY BACK TURNED WHILE MOWING THIS REALLY OVERGROWN BUSINESS THAT I THOUGHT WAS ABANDONED ! I can't not believe someone would be bold enough to do that with me literally right there. But this channels not about promoting any bad energy, its all about Helping and inspiring others so lets get to the yard. I thought this business was abandoned so I was just going to mow it and the neighboring business owners seen me and started talking to me then he called the owner of this building and help me get permission to mow his property for free. he was such a awesome guy he even gifted me something at the end of the video!! Well sometimes things don't go as planned but make the best out of every situation!!! Love y'all, let me know what you think of this video!!!

I'd make a copy of that part of the footage where the thief walks away with your weed eater and turn it over to the police. With their technology, they may be able to match it with driver's license photo to identify this guy. You are a very good person and do a tremendous amount of free work. This theft stuff doesn't need to happen. I am a senior citizen and subscribe to your YT channel. You are an inspiration to other people.

As for your other needs there are church charities and other agencies that will take your bills and speak with your creditors about helping pay your bills.....but if you're looking for someone to just give you a pile of cash, that's just not going to happen.

As much as I know you want to forget about the unpleasant part of this day, you might really want to take that video to the police and they might even recognize the guy who stole your equipment. He needs to be off the streets and you will be doing a good thing by trying to make that happen. He will undoubtedly do it again to others, maybe even break into homes. Not everyone can be saved and we have to protect others from people like that. Thank you for your videos and kind heart. I wish there was someone like you up here in PA!

Yes you need to call the cops and report it. He apparently does this all the time he is a thief.. most likely he lived in the area because he was on foot, they need to post his pictures for all too see, I am sure someone will recognize him. Keep doing what you do I love your videos stay bless 🙏🏽🙏🏽

Unfortunately this is happening all over this country. Just coz Al is doing a good deed. If he claims in his insurance the rates will go up. He may file a PD, if the perpetrators gets caught most likely they'll claim mental illness, seems to have a lot of those around.

As a plumber I have had my tools stolen twice while working at a job and both times they were gone in less than 5 minutes ! And both times felt disbelief and anger ! Sorry that happened to you buddy your a good dude with a big heart and I enjoy watching your videos , especially the ones you help out and do for free . Keep up the good work bro !

I use steel cables with four digit code locks and padlocks to secure ladders, scaffold and tools. They don't cost much and they take a few seconds to use. I find if can't see my unsecured stuff - I can't think about my work.

His attitude was on point, yes, but we must hold criminals accountable. He can handle adversity (theft of his personal property) that way, but I think showing others that we take care of our law-abiding community by reporting crimes upon them, is imperative.
Taking abuse is not the correct thing to do.

That is such a sad statement, but some places have just devolved completely. My mother lives outside of San Antonio, and it’s the same. Even with a locked gate if I am cutting a piece of wood for a small repair I have to carry the circular saw ( about $100 brand new) in the damn house between cuts. She lives right off the interstate and the highway noise is loud enough that you would never hear someone pull up and the blatant criminality is mind boggling. Where I live I can leave my garage door open all day with a huge tool chest and never worry. However my neighborhood is quiet and I have 2 dogs who bark at everything. I hate that he was stolen from, it steals more than the item, it steals a bit of your peace of mind.
Being a californian myself, I trip out on people who leave thier house and car doors unlocked, "because it feels safe in thier quiet neighborhood" or "its not that kind of place" or "I've been here x years and I haven't had anything happen so its ok". Man, they will walk through an unlocked gate if they can. They remind me of those kids from school who were usually overweight and had macho wise ass personality who always wanted to mess with other kids so he could be cool. Oh yeah, and he'd steal your lunch money, your pencils, your pens, and your test answers.
They do have rack locking devices now. Use a specialized key 🗝️ to unlock them.
@@riab6021 he has a lock rack but just set the weed whacker to the side and didn't put it back in the rack. Thank goodness the theif didn't rip the door handle off to get into the cab.

Ken is a bit of a legend. Keeping an eye on his neighbours property, calling the neighbour, helping out with the trash run AND giving Al a gift. Good on you Ken. He may even know about the thief that took the weed eater. I hope Al reported the theft to the authorities.

That’s why Karma is a great thing, Al helps people and communities regularly at his cost and his labour, and asking nothing in return, sure he may make a couple bucks from you tube videos, but that’s just more work for him, filming, editing etc…
That’s why we see so many people donating to Al after the theft (where he says “I hope they needed it more than me”) and Karma will come into play for the person that stole a weed eater from someone who give up their own time to help others. God Bless Al and others like him that still help others not for profit, but because it makes them feel good to help others who may be less fortunate, and or going through health issues.
I’m also guessing that Al probably purchased another weed eater before receiving any money from the very generous people that wanted to help a kind person that helps others. I’m sure any money he receives from people will go right back into equipment or gas to continue to keep helping people for free.

You and AP both trust people waaaaay too much. A lot of people are honest but, but there are those who are not. By not submitting the tape to the police it only emboldens him to continue his criminal ways, and next time if he’s confronted or caught in the act an innocent person could get hurt or worse, please consider going to the police, show them the video and hopefully this thug will be off the streets.

The mindset of so many of these thieves is incomprehensible. They think they are entitled to grab what they can from whomever they can. If caught, they have no remorse for what they have done; just anger at the guys who caught them.
