@@DavMovis_ I hope it doesn't take a decade to build one and with that, I truly hope it's a decent waterpark that is big enough to host our population, and also, something that can be available year round? A Great Wolf Lodge would be feasible, and this goes with some wishful thinking, but also, have a separate water park that's dedicated to outdoor summer time fun in the sun aka; a waterpark extravaganza that has a lot just outside the water park that can be dedicated to food street vendors. Helps local businesses and keeps visitors tummy's happy.

Is there such a thing as a 'planning' group for Albuquerque? Who is monitoring the building for water conservation
and 'green' building for energy conservation , etc? Builders would do better to focus on CRIME, and then perhaps
corporate headquarters would want to come to Albuquerque.

Good luck, not many have disposable cash nowadays thanks to democrat recession and out of control democrat job killing policies.

A lot of this gonna happen due to bipartisan policies over time combined with a global pandemic a few years ago, why blame democrats for absolutely everything?

Republicans claim inflation is so high because Americans have so much cash from the checks during the pandemic and spending its hard to keep up with demand. At the same time they are claiming they have no money. Which one is it? Also recession? Look at the bureau of labor and statistics, the state grew by 24,000 jobs this last year, two years after and without influence of the pandemic. A record for New Mexico. Don't say those are the same people and jobs coming back because they aren't lol. There has been more job creation by this Democrat governor and her policies than the last republican governor only a few years ago. Don't believe me look at the job numbers yourself. Your comments are only misinformation to help you sleep at night.

Also we reached a low unemployment of 3.4 a few months ago before snap benefits reduced and it went up to 3.6 recently as lot of people recently joined the workforce. Never saw that under a Republican governors in New Mexico within the last 20 years. You can claim about low participation number and I agree those should be higher, but overall the governor has done pretty good compared to her Republican counterparts.
