Images from the a53 at a certain point are really blurred compared to the a52, it is true that the images are warmer are brightly colored but blurred when zoomed to max.
I have tested both mobiles during concerts (especially Metal), because I wanted to find out which of these mobiles is better at handling loud sound. I have noticed that the A52 can almost manage to be right in front of a speaker with high bass before the sound starts to sound bad, while the A53 has some problems when you are just near the stage.

Since I wrote this comment, I have noticed that my A53 camera has difficulty focusing when headlights are active, something my A52 had significantly less problems with. I think these problems have to do with the chip itself in the A53 being weaker than the A52 Snapdragon chip.
With out the IS, at 4k in low light, A52 videos look better. Significantlly less noise. Thats how I plan to use it mosttlly so Im probably going with the 52 and Ill pair it with a gimbal. But the A53 seems to have the edge with Image stabilizer at day time and low light. But thats maybe because the A52 image quality falls apart 😅😅 Also the dinamic range in selfie mode is better on the 53. But Im not a selfie guy, so I dont care much. Thanks for the video. On the rear main camera which offers less of that noise or over sharpening when zoomed in or cropped? Which one offer a better selfie photos in general? (skin tones, HDR, stabilization) Cheers.

I did notice in one of the pics with the x2 zoom, white flowers on tree branch, that the branch was in focus in good detail and not the flower f9r the a53 but the a52 had focused on the flower for the branch was blurry. I am wondering whether some of those blurry shots where blurry because it was focused ona different point

But It lacks some of the in-box accessories. So I am considering the a52 (even though the selfie cam is a little worse on colour. But can it be improved a bit with sw updates?) because of the practicality since it's got accessories and hp jack and they say it has a better processor. But I am still undecided.
Samsung won’t improve the selfie camera to the A53 level on the A52 5G. Also, the A53 has the better processor compared to the Galaxy A52 5G/4G. ONLY the A52s 5G has a better processor :)
I have an a52. When I try to send short videos through text sms.. it says video too large.. even 20 sec videos. I did not have this issue with my Motorola. Any idea of a workaround for this?

Its funny because I went to 2 different stores and tried both cameras: in both could notice that the selfie camera was better on the a53 because it delivers proper colors and not that orange tone on the a52s. Tried to turn off all the beauty and hdr but still I could see how on the a52s my face could change color with light movements, I dont know why. On the main camera was the opposite: the a53 delivered more cold image, the 52s warmer. So that may be a problem from the updates? I prefer the warm images but that makes a difficult choice.

I do not want an iPhone. Anything else. In today's dollars, what is your preference for pics & vids for around +/- $600?
If you don't want iPhone, then wait for the Pixel 7 reviews. It's $599 (launch deals making it less) and it will definitely be great for photos. Google has supposedly improved video significantly, so that's why I say wait for reviews to see if video quality meets your needs. If you don't need long range zoom, then Pixel 7 is probably going to be very good.

Front camera on a53 5g is better but rear camera has some photos look like out of focus. May be you can shed a light why that happens. But the video has better overall quality as well at sound and there is less oversharpening
They probably shut off imaging stabilization so they could sale the s22 lol I would buy the a53 if it had 4k stabilization small TH-camr on a budget …..
Are people blind? No doubt A52 rear camera is better than A53 in both photo and video but front camera in A53 is a little bit better than that in A52. Overall A52 has better camera unless you prefer selfies.
Nah, it's on by default and actually helps sometimes. Too many permutations of settings to go down that road. Done different things in other videos to show people like pro mode, but learned I can't satisfy everyone.
Funny, I saw you mention in the comments section on another video that the OP 10 Pro isn't worth covering yet you'll cover this phone? That's weird to me. This phone is just Samsung turning the screws on it's budget customers. This isn't worth covering
Never said it's not worth covering. Just not peaking my interest right now. I've also said the same about Samsung. I even say the A53 it's basically the same in this video, and am testing it to show you if Samsung's claims of better camera results with the same sensors are true. Not sure why you seem so upset. It's tough to pay out of pocket for all these phones.
@@Rovindu chipset performance/price ratio in most cases is not the main criteria what makes smartphone good or bad, there are many other factors such as screen, photo and video quality, sound output and record quality, communication quality, software stability, functionality and how long software support is. For example many smartphones from Chinese brands have insanely powerful flagship level SoC's in them but they have mediocre screens, bad photo quality, bad audio recording quality, bad software and not much of updates.

Me too, I liked the A53 for everything except 2x "AI zoom" at close proximity. The A52 was much faster to focus and produces better results there.
