Major Saahab: how about introducing military training (beginner level) and making it compulsory in schools?? That would increase the fitness levels of this generation and even if 1% of the youth of India 🇮🇳 joins the army..imagine where that would lead us??
Join NCC. If not in your school or college request the principal to get it through proper channels. The govt is starting NCC in a big way in India. A NCC 'C" certificate holder gets additional weightage for selection in SSB.
nice idea but do you know that in India many of the schools do not even have bigger grounds.So how are we going to train them . what if someone does not want to join then..
I have two comments to make on that - 1. They need to be trained further in civil services and societal matters, as commanding soldiers and serving civilians are not exactly similar. 2. This may reduce corruption to a significant extent, but discipline cannot overcome human nature, which is corrupt and selfish. But, a good suggestion nevertheless!

Sir i served in jk for 4 years continue, now i m in peace but my attitude is as , as in jk ready 24 hours, ready to fight, sleep in uniform, no food habits, ate which is available at this time, no need of treated special, does't need any welfare i tried to get rid of it but can't if i tell seriously i love front, i miss front😎😎

After rermination of their services from Indian Army what type of struggle is required to be done for their resettlement only the know. Respected Maj Arya Sir very deeply defined and suggested the measures for well being of SS Officers. Really SS Officers are asset for Indian Army and they can also be a very great asset for the Corporate Sector if they properly trained regarding corporate sector as explained by Maj Arya. There is one more apt solution called financial planning. A person who is selected as a officer in SSC for 14 year will draw an average salary 1.3 L a month. In his service , he will withdraw 168 salaries 2.18 crore and if he be able to save 50% it will be 1 crore this is quite possible. The average will vary based on deputation. What they need is to grooming for civil life. But focus shouldn't be on officer we need to take care of jawan also because they also face hardship. More seminars should be held in army for financial planning.
What u r saying man... Jawan was always treated good infact better than ss officer. Atleast they get pension , Health look out ,etc But SS officer doesn't even get ECHS health facility. Infact also ESM status ..jawan always get.. Being a Defence Brat I can tell you that.

If jawan complete 30 year max in the service upto Subedar he will withdraw on an average 45000 that will be 1.62 crore of which he will be able to save 50% which will be 80 L. This is true for those who have started in 7 CPC . Those retired earlier than that had troubled landing in jobs which pays well because they lack skills which is required in job market. This is the sole purpose pointing it because in recent time policy which is being implemented is not comprehensive.
@@rahulverma4200 I totally agree with you... jawans feel hardship..But My whole point is that...New SS officers who are joining after 2010 they some how around 60% got well settled..But Emergency recruitment during 1965 & 71 war..SS officer feel lot of hardship now a days.. Some of them doing protest 2017 in jantar mantar...they lack skills to resettle..at that time army don't care them...They Don't get even Basic ECHS facility,No pension etc. They don't get single rupee..at that time payment was not good.Now some of them doing bank security guard job also. I read some interviews about them . Now Army has atleast trying resettlement programs for ss officers..they are not much lucrative to attract lot of talent as far as corporate world is concerned as Major Saheb told us. So my point is ...Yuva of this nation need some reform in SS as Major Saheb suggested.
Yes Sir, It will give confidence among recruitment of SHORT COMMISSIONED OFFICERS to give there best in civilians also. Army & Govt.of India should think over it.

I, a defence aspirant, an Army kid, would like to see improvements in 'OR' section, especially in ranks Sepoy to Hav. in one of the basic need "good food ". I heard recently that during "Convoy"(to stock up ammunition in frontline posts in northeast sector) these baseline contributors got 1-2 'PUDI' with 'aanchar' all three time. We re striving towards modernization but still there are some dilemma to be sought out. Jai Hind.
Chaina made a huge blunder, they can't back off from their position because of internal pressure from the CCP and can't move forward because Indian Army has started reinforcing their positions, which the Chainese didn't expected. When winters sets in they are in for a lot of suffering.

Hi Maj Gaurav , excellent analysis , I am Col S K SHARMA ,and I am from 1st SS course . I am a Gunner offr and an LGsc , PSC . TO GET PC WE HAD TO face SSB AGAIN . I WAS instructor in school of Arty twice . I passed out from OTS Madras in 1966 & my passing out merit was with in 50 out of 560 strength of course cadets . Undoubtedly there were problems when it came to colleague comparisons between NDA& SS OFFRS . IN OUR Times there were options to appear for upsc and we had to appear only in two papers . From my course 56 offrs joined IFS , IAS & ALLIED SERVICES. ARMY IS STILL AN elite service . We are proud of it and you are an example to carry the flag . We as veterans are proud of you. After rermination of their services from Indian Army what type of struggle is required to be done for their resettlement only the know. Respected Maj Arya Sir very deeply defined and suggested the measures for well being of SS Officers. Really SS Officers are asset for Indian Army and they can also be a very great asset for the Corporate Sector if they properly trained regarding corporate sector as explained by Maj Arya. It could be a plus point for those exservicemen who seek job after their retirement in same company where SS Officer has achived a designated post like CEO, MD etc. Sirji really once again a kadak salute to u for this big thinking. There is one more apt solution called financial planning. A person who is selected as a officer in SSC for 14 year will draw an average salary 1.3 L a month. In his service , he will withdraw 168 salaries 2.18 crore and if he be able to save 50% it will be 1 crore this is quite possible. The average will vary based on deputation. What they need is to grooming for civil life.
But focus shouldn't be on officer we need to take care of jawan also because they also face hardship.
More seminars should be held in army for financial planning.

If jawan complete 30 year max in the service upto Subedar he will withdraw on an average 45000 that will be 1.62 crore of which he will be able to save 50% which will be 80 L. This is true for those who have started in 7 CPC . Those retired earlier than that had troubled landing in jobs which pays well because they lack skills which is required in job market.
This is the sole purpose pointing it because in recent time policy which is being implemented is not comprehensive.

Some of them doing protest 2017 in jantar mantar...they lack skills to resettle..at that time army don't care them...They Don't get even Basic ECHS facility,No pension etc. They don't get single rupee..at that time payment was not good.Now some of them doing bank security guard job also. I read some interviews about them .
Now Army has atleast trying resettlement programs for ss officers..they are not much lucrative to attract lot of talent as far as corporate world is concerned as Major Saheb told us.
So my point is ...Yuva of this nation need some reform in SS as Major Saheb suggested.

I, a defence aspirant, an Army kid, would like to see improvements in 'OR' section, especially in ranks Sepoy to Hav. in one of the basic need "good food ". I heard recently that during "Convoy"(to stock up ammunition in frontline posts in northeast sector) these baseline contributors got 1-2 'PUDI' with 'aanchar' all three time. We re striving towards modernization but still there are some dilemma to be sought out.

I WAS instructor in school of Arty twice . I passed out from OTS Madras in 1966 & my passing out merit was with in 50 out of 560 strength of course cadets . Undoubtedly there were problems when it came to colleague comparisons between NDA& SS OFFRS . IN OUR Times there were options to appear for upsc and we had to appear only in two papers . From my course 56 offrs joined IFS , IAS & ALLIED SERVICES. ARMY IS STILL AN elite service . We are proud of it and you are an example to carry the flag . We as veterans are proud of you.
