Double 👍👍 Wow 2.5 bathrooms plus 3 bedrooms, two of which open onto the upstairs balcony - sheer bliss. I dont need a huge bedroom but I want *light* and plenty of it! I agree with @rom ulus -- adding an all-in-one washer/dryer in the powder room downstairs or perhaps elsewhere?? as a downstairs WC is a must. Dont want everyone traipsing upstairs to use the toilet or visa versa😋 A terrific design DHI -- the gently swaying bamboo grass outside those large windows is the perfect 'serenity" touch💕

Think the designer lives in the Phillipines which is a warm country so obviously not used to cold climates where we need a lobby to avoid cold air coming into your home everytime the front door is opened. Would be an easy adaptation though to add one.
This is the common layout in the Philippines, the normal temp in our country is 30 degrees celsius. Houses in tropical countries usually have this kind of layout.
The only thing I would change about this wonderful house design - because it is perfect for a bachelor like me - is I would change the downstairs powder room into a laundry room since there isn't one shown.

I loved the concept with the carport. Because someone having a car needs a carport area. The only thing I would say that the living room setup shouldn't be directly placed after opening the main door. Well, how much is the costing for the entire house setup with the walls?
Beautiful home concept but the 24/7 air-conditioning bill is a hidden cost. Old houses in the tropics used to be built with airflow in mind. Windows that open, high ceilings, and vents up on the wall.

@BOOPS Hi it is a little bit hard for me to count the total working hours on this house as I was doing small parts everyday for 3 days (Plus one day for rendering). With about 1 hours to 2 hours of work per day (not including the drafts for the design).

Loved this layout. Also loved the way the floor plans were coloured. Made it easier to visualize the layout rather than plain white plans.
