I'm still confused how anyone allows themselves to be arrested by the UK police considering how they are currently.
If you refuse and get away they'll drag you to court when they find you. If you refuse anything the court does they'll force it on you months later. They don't care about their own rules anymore, they will quite literally seize money from bank accounts if someone refuses to pay a fine without telling them prior or even giving them a damn reminder if they see the case as impossible to win.
Easy just post any wrong think online and you will get arrested

But the policeman is not to act the tyrant or abuse their power but a servant of the community, always willing to come to a citizens aid or stand against a wrong-dooer.
