Colour Restorer Using Polytrol

This has virtually restored the colour on parts of my car that faded from exposure to sunlight, rain, pollution, especially on the wind screen wiper stalks and the gloss black rims, which i'm happy about! Another thing to mention is that, the Polytrol can work on many different things other than just cars, it can revive the gelcoat on boats, restore the shine to metal fixtures, Rejuvenate flat or chalky paint dulled by weathering and many more...

Hi Carl, how did the Polytrol work out? How long does a treatment last on the paint work? Iv'e been using Meguirs Ultimate Fast Finish (easy spray and wipe), it only lasts 4 or 5 washes then needs doing again. I'm hoping Polytrol last longer.

I have ordered one from ebay
And i just received it
But the label color is different its grey colour label it it does say colour restorer and the picture of the car on the label is different than the one u got any advice please?

I also ordered and it arrived today. Looks like the grey label is Euro zone only as there is absolutely no English instructions at all (lol).
Thanks to the TH-cam videos on how to apply the product, the lack of "on the tin" advice is not a problem.
I'd guess the actual product is the same formulation and will work in the same fabulously way to bring life back into sun worn trim 🙂

Hi 4:08 - tip dont use this on any rubber parts. The manufacturer specifically advises not to as it can harden the rubber causing it to become brittle and risk splitting. Thanks for the overall vid.

Alexandru the whole car was completely clean including exhausts before doing that so I doubt it would be much of an issue but the results of it was really good

Please do not try it on the paint it will make it sticky and it will make it hard to take it off it is only for plastic parts
