XIAO BLE Digital Output Control using Arduino and MIT APP Inventor

Tutorial Part 1 of 2
In this video I test out the XIAO BLE microcontroller from Seeed Studio. This may be my new favorite microcontroller as it is fast, powerful, and works great using Arduino Code. This video demonstrates how to control digital outputs on your microcontroller using a Bluetooth LE application on your Android device using MIT APP Inventor.

Buscando en las redes y atando escrito y videos he logrado enviar textos a una matrix neopixel con esp32.Pero ahora vi en el mercado el esp32 c3 xiao muy pequeño,el más pequeño de los esp32,pero trabaja con bluetoth BLE por tanto mis programas no encajan en el porque son con bluetooth clasico.He visto mucho sobre este bluetooth en la red no sabía que era tan complicado con respecto al clásico al extremo que no he logrado con este tipo de bluetooth llevar un mensage a una pantalla neopixel,tiene usted algún video sobre esto.

Searching the networks and tying writing and videos I have managed to send texts to a neopixel matrix with esp32. But now I saw in the market the esp32 c3 xiao very small, the smallest of the esp32, but works with bluetoth BLE therefore my programs do not fit in the because they are with classic bluetooth. I have seen a lot about this bluetooth on the network I did not know that it was so complicated with respect to the classic to the extreme that I have not managed with this type of bluetooth to take a message to a neopixel screen, do you have some video about this.

I'm not able to connect the Arduino Seeed chip to the MIT app once it's on my Android Tablet. I think it may have to do with Bluetooth permissions with newer versions - is this something you encountered?

I didn't have that issue... perhaps there is a setting preventing connection? Does the tablet at least detect the device?

It does not work for me and I did things the same as you indicate, I have a samzung galaxy A03S. Recognizes the esp32 links it but the application does not work

Hy. I downloaded your files and spent you a coffee. But I cannot connect with the Arduino Nano 33 BLE. There comes the error message that the app has no bluetooth access :(
Do you know a solution? Has the app first to ask for bluetooth access?

I didn't try it with a Nano BLE, but it should work about the same. Are you able to detect the Nano when you search for Bluetooth devices with your phone? The code should connect automatically if the phone is able to detect the Nano.

Hello, i am having problems pairing the device with my Android phone. It says that the PIN or passkey is incorrect, however a window to enter it does not even show up. Do you know what is going on? I tried with my colleagues phones and it happens the same, we can see the device but can't connect to it.

You shouldn't need to pair with the device (I don't when I use mine). When you run the code on the Android it shoud connect automatically without needing to manaully pair. Hope it works for you...
