Four Brothers Movie Reaction First Time Watching
This film was so.good I enjoyed it so much. I also cried when Jack got killed it caught me by suprise😭😭 this film was soooo sad but the chemistry between the main characters was amazing and wholesome 😢

I think the reason I loved this movie so much was bc they did make you believe they was real brothers saved by this kind, sweet yet hard woman, which was exactly what they needed, and they looked out for each other

I believe jack did things like petty crimes before Evelyn and Bobby and angel were at lot more cutthroat then jerry and jack kinda why they always wanted jack with a crowbar instead of a gun and why they didn’t let him walk up when they shot the guys keep him innocent in a way
Favorite part of this movie by far, is when they go back to the fake hair thing at the end when they interrogate Bobby.
The cops say they found his hair on Victor Sweet's body and he just starts laughing his ass off.
I think this is Mark's best movie. It's heartwarming with a lot of gangsta in it.
I love this film and The Lovely Bones with him. My soul cannot take that one, I cry every time I swear.

I agree. They cranked the Wahlberg up to 11 in this one, but it works so well. The chemistry between all the actors is off the scales, and you can tell everyone brought their A-game and had a good time.

2005 was smack dab in the middle of the 'bling-bling' era in hip hop. They had medallions that spin back in the day. Hell they even had rims that spun too!
This was one of my favorite movies when I was a teenager.

Jack’s death hits me hard every time
This is one of those movies that was alwaysss on in my household. The brother dying will always make me bawl tho no matter how many times I’ve seen this 😢.
You should of did a reaction to this movie long ago my man. It's top fuckin tier. I love this fuckin movie I remember going to see it in theaters when I was 18 or 19 in 2005. Such a dope ass movie. I watched it a good million times and never get tired.
When I found this film, I fell in love. It is the one movie that, no matter how many times I've seen it already. If it came on television, I watched it again 😂

Love this movie, but man, the dumbest part of it was Detective Green going to confront his partner for corruption, and TELLING NO ONE but a small group of sketchy civilians about it.
Probably more corrupt cops in on it he didnt know who he could tell.

I love this movie! I have seen the first time without prior knowledge! After a few minutes I knew even so that it is a remake of "Sons of Katie Elder" with John Wayne in modern times!
They leave Jack behind when they do most of the dirty work because they know he is the most pure. He’s the youngest. It’s like that thing if maybe you’re into some bad shit and you don’t want your little brother to be like you. But Evelyn is his mother too, Jack wants to help but Bobby and Angel are going to protect him as much as possible. Also the reason his death is so hard because he didn’t deserve it.
This is one of my all time favs. Don’t know your stance on classics, but you should watch the original version The Sons of Katie Elder starring John Wayne. This was a modern take on it as the original was a western. So good too. This is my favorite but it’s worth the watch

I almost forgot Taraji p henson played in this wow so she played in 2 movies with tyrese Gibson and 4 movies and a show with Terrence Howard no wonder why she has great chemistry with them. Anyway I also watched most definitely because of mark wahlberg and Garrett hedlund I love all there movies this is definitely top 3 for me of those 2 guys

Bro this was my first R rated movie and boy it gets better each time I watch it! That house shootout scene is thrilling!! And Jack’s death still crushes me to this day

I could always put this movie on to watch or have on in the background, and I'll always be satisfied.
There is a reason the other brothers tell Jack to stay back, he's the youngest and not really the brightest, that's why he died in the end of the movie.
He's not a tough guy that's why they tell him stay back

I loved this movie when I was younger, I still enjoy it too. I do acknowledge that I do have some bias for this movie because it takes place in Detroit, and I am a born and raised Detroiter 😂😂
