What is the percentage of midriasis in third nerve palsy........ complete third nerve palsy is rare.... other then external compression over third nerve which is called surgical third nerve palsy....most of the third nerve palsy comes without pupilary dilatation .. good demo though

Sir, sir i am a mysthenia geavies patient, initially i was affacted in 2007 and it was come normal with in 2 months after that i dropd my cleaninc.. last 5 days again i am affacted with this ..and i am following neostigmine 30mg (4 times a day) and prednisolone 5mg(morning only) so sometimes my eyes comes normal when i go out side my right side eye is closing.. also diplopia effect.. can you give me some suggestion

Sir, sir i am a mysthenia geavies patient, initially i was affacted in 2007 and it was come normal with in 2 months after that i dropd my cleaninc.. last 5 days again i am affacted with this ..and i am following neostigmine 30mg (4 times a day) and prednisolone 5mg(morning only) so sometimes my eyes comes normal when i go out side my right side eye is closing.. also diplopia effect.. can you give me some suggestion
