I especially love your doll videos because we get to see you do all sorts of different crafts in one. We got to see you making a wig, sculpting, making a resin pieces, painting it's an all in one! And you're so talented all all of them, like the jellyfish resin background looks soooo good and her hair turned out amazing. I had a lot of fun watching this video. I definitely want to know more about the clear clay too, looking forward to it!

i love how you went out of your comfort zone to sculpt her tail and everything, it looks sooo good. also, i know you don't like changing the original doll too much, but i think you could have spray painted the doll's body in a darker color, this way you don't have to try so hard to look for darker skin tones.
The custom Blythe community must be a little different in Japan, here in the west (at least from My communities) We dont really mind if fake dolls are used for Customization. The doll is beautiful btw! ❤

also, i think that the metallic paint on the mermaid body highlights the scale texture really well, and (somewhat unrelated) if you aren't wearing a gas/ventilation/whatever they're called masks, PLEASE get one. i think one of those more papery masks (the ones used when you're sanding something) could also work, but any mask is better than none. the msc fumes are really toxic. just make sure you stay safe.

Actually they are originally American, from the toy producer Kenner. They where sold only during one year in the 70's. In the 2000's they where back in fashion due to an owner that used her original childhood doll as a model for her photos and creations. ++
So a company in Japan bought the rights to produce them from Hasbro and now produce them in different models, monthly. There was also an revival in the USA but they are not being sold any longer.

She's one of my favorites to ! But one recommendation, I've seen people cutting normal transparent paper into a fin shape, then painting it completely with semi opaque and transparent gillter nail polish then let it dry. then when it completely dry they draw the lines on the fins with a silver or golden posca paint pen (I guse) and It turns out really much more beautiful. But still great work Minori❤️

i've heard a lot of dolltubers say that mozekyto's doll wig tutorials are really helpful, if you ever want to make another doll wig again!
