Aliexpress has a good selection of factory dolls if you've a mind for customizing, they have DBS Blythes and Icy DBS Blythes. DBS Blythes I think are the ones closest to the real deal, the Icy Blythes have a very different (though still pretty!) face sculpt and a different size eye chip.
