Daisy Cocoa No, it's still fake news. The race was not won by a woman, not even close. Based on the track times she came in like 149th place. The women were simply given a huge head start to increase their chances dramatically. Basically they were allowed to run about 1/5th of the route before anyone else was allowed to begin. She crossed the finish line first, but calling her a winner is nothing but a sham, and a shameful display.

Compare her time against the winners under the female category. Remember, she is supposed to be the first female to win the race in 30 years, so why is it she had the slowest time of all the women of that time span? Slower by between about 10 to 20 seconds no less... The last time we had a woman run it slower than her on the list was in 78, 40 years ago.
She is an amazing sportsman and total class act. She deserved this win more than anyone. Congratulations!
