How does he keep himself, the animals, and that home incredibly clean? He doesn't even look like the guy that would have that many animals. He looks like the local pastor or IT guy. That's why you can't judge a book by its cover. This is amazing.

This man is truly a saint. He surely has one of the biggest hearts in the world. His patience and understanding is truly remarkable. Not only does he care for all these fellow living creatures but also does it in what looks like an exceptional clean environment. What an inspiration of true humanity this wonderful man is, setting an example to all of us on how it is possible for all of gods creatures to live in harmony regardless of race colour or creed . In a world full of selfish people, evil deeds, sickening stories of crime… Knowing that this man exists with his giant heart, using his means to help these senior animals restores faith in humanity. I also think of all the lonely people in the world. No one should be lonely when there are so many animals in dire need of loving homes. God bless this man!!

Me too. I have 14 cats and 2 dogs. I live alone. I prefer to be this way. I think animals are more thankful than many people. I was never married and don't want to be. I feel that I would be more lonely without my animals than to be with someone. I just have my male friends that's it. I have my adopted son, and all my fur babies 💞🌈😊👍

I grew up on a communal co-operative farm , being taught that all life is sentient and needs to be treated with respect and care. Even the animals designated for the nourishment of ourselves, were treated with dignity. It was heavily stressed, these philosophies, from day one of my life. My life is not complete without my non human counterparts and companions. In my retirement, I run an egg farm and a sanctuary for exotic hybrid wildcats, ducks , chickens and any other feathered soul needing sanctuary. Feral, domestically bred ducks , have even come off the lake and insisted on ending their perilously hard life on the lake and prefer the life of domesticity that I offer them. When my husband passed away, I decided to keep moving forward with the sanctuary project, as that was his dream. Our dreams were each other's dreams. When it came to the love and care of the animals, we were ALWAYS on the same page, no matter how much we disagreed about anything else.
Some days I feel like having a nervous breakdown, as providing for everything is so incredibly difficult
and I make as many sacrifices as i possibly can for them, even at the sacrifice of my own expense. . They come first, as I believe children should too. They cannot get in the truck and drive themselves to the little family run feed store, 20 miles away in town.
Each member is treated as an individual and a team mate and integral part of a family.
No individual can EVER be replaced. Each little soul is unique unto itself and chooses it's own purpose and place amongst the others.
I let each one, freely determine it's own purpose and designation on the family team. I have freely chosen my purpose and it is to serve those with no other safe place in this world to go, or to be,
or live out the rest of it's natural life, knowing that its needs will he provided for and that they will always be protected. Amen.

This made me cry. Most people don't want the elderly animals, but this man is an angel. Saving animals is our duty as humans, because humans are usually the ones who abuse them. Momma of over 20+ rescue animals & loving every moment of sharing the love

I have a whole kit and caboodle of rescues and filing for non profit status , you have to be a millionaire in the State of California. Only the very rich get cut slack and are given generous allowances. The poor are taxed, garnished and reduced, in every way the branches of government can possibly find to further reduce us elderly and disabled folks, just trying to get by in the world and in any crusade to help others .
It's so great to watch this family of dogs, pigs, turkeys, rabbits, and more interact like we wish every traditional family would. Whether they are sleeping, eating, or taking a walk, they demonstrate patience and cooperation and seem to enjoy each others' company. Beautiful!
