who is giving the government permission to demand you upgrade your property. I thought the government of the day was elected to serve the people and NOT there to bully . We have all been hoodwinked over many many years
Yes we have and it's time to wake up.
Here's how I think they intend to take everyone's house sooner or later. There's this thing called "Energy performance of buildings directive".
It's an EU thing, I think, so both major political parties in the UK will be itching to implement it as soon as possible. As would any 'world government'.
It stipulates that the "energy performance certificates (EPCs) for worst-performing RESIDENTIAL buildings will NEED to reach at least class F by 2030 and class E by 2033.”
We can clearly extrapolate from the above that buildings will need to reach at least...
class D by 2036
class C by 2039
class B by 2042
class A by 2045
Another quote from it is "To HELP building owners plan renovations, voluntary renovation PASSPORTS will be introduced by 2024 and a Smart Readiness Indicator will be introduced by 2026, with enforcement of EU buildings policies stepped up."
Clearly if you are unable or unwilling to do the renovations / 'upgrades' / 'improvements' they will prevent you from selling it / fine you / take it from you.
Even if something could be done against the above, they will do what they do best, which is move the goalposts.
Not on my watch.
We are dealing with all this in many ways.

Banks do NOT deal in money, banks deal in items of value. This is a prime example. They aren't interested in you repaying the 'money', they want the item of value.
When she died the bank would have demanded payment in full.
He was not a party to the contract.
He would have either have had to pay the debt from is own funds or try and arrange a new mortgage.
He is now talking about climate change, nothing to do with his situation of which we know little about.
Mortgage should always be joint with husband and wife.
We also have no idea how much equity was in said properties, if it's a majority, she could have put him on the deeds of the properties without being party to the contract with the bank.
This all needed to be done before the sh🤔t hit the fan.

Her house was destroyed and her belongings rifled and stolen. There was no court paper and it was totally illegal. They paid £100,000 and then sold it twice since Christmas this has to be stopped.. we will see you at your next Suffolk meeting Richard.
Banaman channel has some great videos showing how civilians are legally retaking properties seized by illegal evictions with fraudulent warrants and handing them back to the owners.

Thats right there must be due process especially when they are taking away a roof over someone's head. Outrageous the way the bailiffs can not provide lawfully stamped court papers, it is outright fraud.

What a beautiful man, humble but strong, thank you Richard and David, I have passed this onto my friend, who is in similar situations. Brilliant ❤
User: . . . But Stupid ‼️ First IF they were married, then on the wife's passing he gets a letter of Assent which legally enables you to take possession of the properties and any assets of the wife. You do all this as quickly as possible so a bank (or anyone else) can't try these illegal manoeurvres the bank is trying on. ANY solicitor will know that this is paramount especially where houses and mortgages are involved.
He either has a lousy solicitor or he didn't use one, or didn't know how to resolve the problem. I think this man has brought all this on himsrlf as the Bank believe he is not the legal owner of the assets.
Back in the 1970s, the government was compulsorily purchasing properties that did not meet the latest building codes, such as having an indoor WC, separate kitchen and bathroom, and insulated roofs. These properties were predominantly owned and occupied by elderly individuals who had fully paid off their homes.
50 years ago my aunt was living in a house on her own , she had looked after my two uncles and grandad who lived with her until they died. She was happy living there + friends with the neighbours until she had a letter from the council saying compulsory purchase to them as they wanted to widen the North Circular Road at Palmers Green North London. She was in her eighties by then and got under the value of what she should have been paid, and the road has never been widened at all and the houses are still there! Bloody corrupt councils and government it still makes my blood boil thinking about it now 😡🤬🤬
When my Father died, as the mortgage was in his name, the mortgage came to an end. The bank therfore rightfully requested settlement of the debt in full.
My Mother was not party to the contract. I requested the balance which the bank said was the full payment and no interest would be added, as they refused to lend my Mother the money required, which to be fair was understandable as she had no decent income.
My Mother and I paid off the balance between us, she actually sold jewellery to help raise some of the requred funds. I told her not to worry she could take as long as needed to pay me back, and we got the deeds for the house.
That was 2007, she happily lived in her home till 2019 when she passed away at 85. RIP Ma.
Most mortgages also require life insurance policy?
Sorry for your loss x
@@willdotkbollox
To be devils advocate , the house could have been sold & any profit to your mum.
Many people in such a situation couldn't afford to settle. It is extremely unfair to demand settlement if whoever is living there a)still needs a home b) can meet payments eg others chip in.
And what do you say to the fact that in all probabilities that mortgage had been paid in full by others and maybe more than once ?
In truth there is no need for mortgage companies especially as they don't actually give any money to anyone - only in a digital way .
The only real money they have is the interest you pay
All mortgages are fraud, made up out of thin air, they don't actually lend you anything...its actually illegal for a bank to hold/lend money...furthermore the so-called loan is insured for the full sum on any default... so when you let them take your house on a fraudulent contract, they are getting paid 3 times, 1. in full from the insurance contract 2. from the sale of the property 3. what ever money you have given them in the way of payments/fees.
The number ONE question we need to know so we are not scammed by our bank or building society is. WHAT IS THE NAME OF THE MORTGAGE PROVIDER who has attempted to steal (asset grab) this mans house. Once God and His 10 Commandments are kicked to the kerb there is no limit to the wickedness that can be perpetrated against us.
I thank my lucky stars to have had a fantastic solicitor who explained everything to me regarding putting money into my future husband’s home. He turned out to be a gold digger and a charlatan and if it weren’t for her I’d now be penniless.
Homeowners need more people like you.
After I got my first house paid for, I have never had another mortgage in the next 4 houses bought, lived in, renovated and sold. But I live within my means. Ended up on 12 acres small home and barn, mountain in my backyard, in the middle of nowhere. Perfect for me.
Eventually they will get to the middle of nowhere and take what we own outright.
Unless we put a stop to them. A permanent stop.
Ans it's a FINE TIME to tell people to get out of debt! Good Luck all.
Well done wealthy person you 😂😂

The past four years have been about things being TAKEN AWAY FROM PEOPLE.

Absolutely true and frankly THE key to it all.
The lesson today folks is get your paperwork in order eg Your WILL.
Not just your will. The mortgage in joint names.
@@1960ARC That’s not as easy as it sounds. At least having a will expresses the asset is passed on and the person who inherits can at least legally deal with the banks. Also having life insurance to pay off outstanding mortgages is sensible. These people were clearly too busy trying to live what he calls their dream life.
@@b8dom the bank has first charge, so they have to be paid before the will is in effect.
Only the executor and trustee can deal with the bank.
I've had to deal with this twice.
The easiest way is mortgage in both names, then the bank is a none issue.
@@b8domTheir dream life obviously came crashing down, because they were to busy dreaming, quite simply, get your property deeds & Will in order. You won't get your hands on anyone's property, living or deceased, unless ownership is proven.
@@miacat1727 Not as easy as it sounds putting your name on someone else’s deeds especially if there is a mortgage involved. They would have to 1. Want to ( maybe she didn’t ) 2. Have to take out a new joint mortgage ( both be working and credit worthy ) and maybe one or both of them at that time were not. Probably not living in Turkey 🤷♂️
This is a sign of societal collapse.
This really does sound like "the great taking" that David Rodgers Webb has spoken/written about.
Thank you for speaking out. My Bank refused a re-mortgage claiming I could not afford the payments, however interest rates were at a all time low in 2012. There is no way the small remortgage would have cost £900 a month. The rip off loan was £600 a month + £300 for the existing mortgage. I was so desperate as our daughter has Asthma so I needed to get the damp done, but all I ended up doing was getting in huge amounts of debt because they refused me a low rate remortgage, £900 a month was too high. Evil people, they do it on purpose. The Financial Ombudsman of course sides with the criminal Banks.
Here is to justice for all!
There is undeniably a property grab within in the UK

@@yiguanas812 A vote for reform is about the only thing a citizen can do in the next few weeks, after that we can only continue to defund the government by not paying taxes, mostly by not buying anything we do not desperately need.
Best of luck.
@@gothicpagan.666 Personally, I am unable to think about going and voting for anyone, including 'reform', without complete loss of self-respect. I'm with Richard on this one. If they want to implement plans which openly state they wish to eliminate 90% of the world population, they can do so without my consent. Also, I don't even believe in 'free and fair elections', because that's like freedom of speech. If we don't have one (and we don't have freedom of speech), we don't have the other IMHO. They get to count the votes. Whenever I comment on here in a slightly negative fashion about Reform, I find my comment gets deleted. So the algo wants us all to vote Reform. What does that tell us about the Reform Party, if it weren't already glaringly obvious?
There was a man in radio 4 who was told by his neighbour that someone was in his house. The man was working elsewhere in the country. He travel down, knocked hus iwn door and said to the man who opened it, you shouldn't be here this my house. Short version. The house had been sold fraudulently by another foreign man and because the now in house living person had their name on the deeds and at land registry, the actual owner was told he'd nit a leg to stand on. It was no longer his.
I don't know what the final outcome is but I'm assuming the rightfully owner may still be without his property. My advise is if you own property register with land registry that you want search updates. You can also apply searches on other properties that you might consider in future wanting purchase. I'm not sure how it works. Also, if you register your home as a percentage split it cannot be sold if one of you needs residential nursing care. It also means where there's extended families, as long as wills are made and up to date, stop underhand finance grabs. It's all not nice but money brings out the worst in most unfortunately.
Some neighbours of mine viewed a property in Spain. They paid a deposit and a few weeks later went down to finalise the sale. It turned out someone else was in the house and the "owner" (British) had taken six deposits and vanished. He actually owed more on the house than he sold it for. My neighbours lost all their money. It wasn't a fortune, but even so.
The gov only get away with this because you're vastly out numbered by normies. They're dragging you down.
Richard you need to check out Victor Davis Hanson
American military historian’s latest post as this is another technique that is coming. He lives in the edge of beautiful nature and bush. He has a reasonably expensive property he owns. I imagine outright in California. In his latest video on TH-cam he tells of receiving a letter from his insurance company stating his property was no longer insured. Effectively because of other areas having bush fires 🔥 due to climate change (BS) his home was no longer insurable. I heard they would be doing this with the farmers and those who have coastal properties or any where they designated could flood or be burnt out. The insurance companies as advised by their Black Rock and Van Guard overlords will then swoop in and buy the properties at pennies in the dollar and force the people to move into the 15 minute cities. Of course the Global Elites who are in cohoots will not have their properties hit because they are in on it. But then they will get the riff raff out of beautiful scenic areas. If you don’t comply then I guess that’s when they use DEW weapons to start massive bush fires 🔥 or Geo-Engineering to create storms that wash your homes off cliffs etc.
My friend has the same situation.
Lloyd's bank are the thieves!
I cannot for the life of me understand how an intelligent man could allow himself to be in such a position. Why on earth were the houses not in both names?

@@redsed1565 you have more rights in a case of divorce than you do if your partner dies. All debt must be paid prior to the instructions of any will.
you do know we are dealing with criminals!! the banks
This whole situation sounds ridiculous in the way that the banks and building societies are behaving one would think they would be more than happy to continue receiving payments for the property as to get it off their hands when the term finishes.
I was pleased to hear of the support that David got and continues to receive David all I can say is keep up the good work.
This is another case of where we aren't being given the full info. Did David's wife own those properties, in that she paid for them, and David met her after? This is the position I'm in. I moved in with my missus, and paid for an extension on "her" house. I'm well aware that if she leaves this dimension, the house will go to her daughter. I'm OK with this, because apart from throwing £50,000 into the pot, I never paid a penny towards her mortgage. It was more or less fully paid when I met her. Also, did David's wife leave him half the house in her will? There are so many questions I'd like to ask.
Surely you would be entitled to recoup the cost of the extension according to its value of the house etc if anything should happen to your partner ?
As that was also an investment in bricks which could benefit your family
@@zerotoleranceforsataniceli4794 I don't have any kids of my own, so I'm not bothered. She has left me a bit more than I paid, in her will, but I doubt it would last long.
@@zerotoleranceforsataniceli4794 I guess if the family wished to as good will. If he is not paying towards a mortgage, then he would be considered to be living rent free.
I have left my house to my children in trust and my husband who is not their father can stay here until he dies.
@@1960ARC
You miss my point. She paid for the house , he paid for the extension.
As I'm sure they shared bills, the extension is not a payment for rent : you don't charge or rent to a partner if you are mortgage free, which she was.
So her family inherit house, his family are entitled to inherit extension which in effect becomes its value as an addition to the house.
The extension increases the value of the property & in a way is also buying into the property, even if that was not intended.
The very minimum would be to recoup some of the cost as set by a valuation of it's worth at time of sale.
Under the Bills of exchange act 1882 means if they reject a payment or payments there is no recourse by those who reject the payments

I had a similar experience in 2010,basically on a lot of buy to let mortgages you sign an legal power of attorney clause, the mortgage holder can do anything they want then, I lost my property, but I was the legal owner and mortgage was in my name, looks to me that this guy isn't on the mortgage, so the lender has the right to demand the outstanding balance upon death, he is unfortunately just trying to take over the payments, he'd have been better taking out a mortgage in his name to pay his wife's lender off, I'd have hoped his lender would have waited for probate in order for him to do that, if the buy to let had been in both names he could have continued to pay the mortgage. Unfortunately they'll just keep boarding the property up, lpa receivers are harsh people, I got basically wiped out by them, they do not need any court order to take the house, police can't do anything, I'm afraid he's had it.

His wife had an agreement, it was advantageous to her, it appears that she didn't have contingencies in place for her death to allow the agreement to be honoured so the bank enacted another part of the agreement. This guy is nothing but a third party interloper. As a couple they CHOSE to arrange their matters in such a fashion as this could always happen. This is ENTIRELY ON THEM.
Trying to possess someone else's domestic property (domestic squatting) is a criminal offence in England and Wales.
@@davidgavin7280 It’s pretty clear the woman he claims was his wife didn’t want him to have her property when she died. He simply decided he was entitled to it. Fortunately the courts decided otherwise so he’s decided to recruit a bunch of unemployed losers to back him up.
Thanks
SECOND COMMENT
I reckon the people who "secured" the property are in the building trade and can renovate it at a fraction of what it would cost you. They were trashing it deliberately to buy it cheap.
Great progress Dave. Thanks for sharing to give others hope.
What a horror story!😮
All the best to you David
Brilliant interview. I’m a landlord of just 1 property now so I am forearmed 👍
You defend your property with ALL FORCE REQUIRED! If cowards start doing this they will stop stealing
I'm so sorry for the loss of your wife and the battle you are now forced to deal with. I was one of the people who sat back without realising what was going on with corruption here in the UK. I will be going to your channel to see what is happening in the case of your property. It's taken a long time for the mere mortals to see what is done by corrupt banks, courts, councils and polititions and their underhand passing of so called rites. I've woken up to it all but rather late in life. Now when I try to educate others of what is going on under our noses, I'm classed as a conspiritor....what else can I say, but I do wish you well. I'd give my hind teeth to be back in Wales with my family.
Rod Cullerton has also set up "The Australian Party" and his videos about his property takeback over 8 yrs is on this page as well as him fighting for other farmers with similar scenarios....

Thieves !!
Your amazing David, there’s a lot of things going on in this country that we all need to stand up against ….
❤❤❤❤❤❤ thankyou
If you make yourselves sheep the wolfs will eat you.
Your promissory note funded the mortgage. They have stolen that security. So, get HMRC to chase down the disposition of securities.
Promisery note garbage again. Yes you promised to give the mortgage company money and they may well have conjured up the money out of thin air through fractional reserve banking but they still had to PAY the vendor in means acceptable to the vendor. I doubt you'd find a vendor anywhere willing to give up a useful asset to someone on the back of an I.O.U. They take the hassle out of that by letting someone else take your IOU. It's a very simple concept that the shitetrumpets spin into total and complete bollox. Don't be gullible or a shitetrumpet
But, HMRC are exposed as being party to a fraud involving Companies House. Allowing companies e.g. those illegally putting up 5G towers without local council planning consent; or safety certification, to set up. And to operate without being registered. Without paying any tax; and free from any accountability and scrutiny.
Another point is that the more this guy fights it lpa receiver and lender will put massive fees on, further reducing any monies left upon sale, that's what happened to me, they charged for everything they could think off until there was nothing left.
We can clearly extrapolate from the above that buildings will need to reach at least...
class D by 2036
class C by 2039
class B by 2042
class A by 2045
Another quote from it is "To HELP building owners plan renovations, voluntary renovation PASSPORTS will be introduced by 2024 and a Smart Readiness Indicator will be introduced by 2026, with enforcement of EU buildings policies stepped up."
Clearly if you are unable or unwilling to do the renovations / 'upgrades' / 'improvements' they will prevent you from selling it / fine you / take it from you.
Even if something could be done against the above, they will do what they do best, which is move the goalposts.
We are not in the Eu any longer though.....
@@martinreynolds1 But the EU is yesterday's news, I believe. The EU's directives, plans and laws come from the Davos WEF people and serve the global agenda. And as long as we have a pro-Israel government, we serve the global agenda IMHO. The Americans will find that out about Trump IMHO shortly.
@@martinreynolds1 so what, it's all very much part of the system and they will be used, as described above to steal people's assets from them. It's coming a lot quicker than people realise
It has been class E from 2018 for sale or rental, if liebour filth get in it will definitely be class C in 2025. The bastards are coming for our homes.
That's all irrelevant to this idiot in this video though. They obviously lived a chancer lifestyle and didn't sort the affairs out in a sensible manner.
The key thing here, is his name was not on the mortgage….
When your married all your assets go to your wife/husband unless there is a valid will saying otherwise and in this case he is clear there was no valid will and so probate was required to resolve the matter. All the bank thieving went on during the probate period which in itself should be enough to shut it down. The courts are bent its all about banker profit nothing else. The love of money is the root of all evil!
Although if the story is true, assets pass to the surviving spouse. I have a feeling the banks got possession on a technicality with the inheritance procedures that wasn’t obvious.
That depends on how long they were together and if you can prove his money went to said mortgages since he is not on the mortgage or deed other than that he can put in for he said they were together for 10yrs and thats it ,lady had a will did not change it
It may be complicated if they are not UK residents.
No... the real key aspect here is the bank used his signature to create a promissory note which was then securitised without his knowledge & consent. This means they stole the credit that HE raised as the creditor, then pretended they had loaned him the money, while at the same time adding compound interest on a non existent loan!.
One important lesson which I learned due to similar circumstances after my wife died - if you have a joint account, do NOT cancel it or change the names on it! Open a new account in your name and try to switch over to that account but keep the old joint account for as long as you can. Any payments from the joint account or cheques or payments paid into the account must match the names on the joint account. You will not be able to pay cheques into a joint account if that bank account no longer exists or the names don't match and the company that issued the cheque will not be able to change the payment details! You may have old shares, savings accounts, pensions, building society accounts, etc. which have that joint account as a linked account and you may not realise it for many years.
Wishing this man all the very best.
I hope you win🙏
Bannerman on TH-cam reports on issues such as this . x
I don't think they would be like this. When someone dies, the contract ends. Bank would ask for payment in full from the estate.
That's how contracts work.
I'm not a fan of banks having had my time wasted by them many times.
@@1960ARC They are exactly like this.
@@dropbear9526 they need to get a mortgage in their own name then, or pay the balance.
So, he/his wife took money from their bank to buy the property and are now refusing to pay that money back.
If no money was lent, then how was the property acquired? Can he explain that?
Waving the flag for David , good on ya fella
What a star this bloke is, the financial establishment have been shafting people who know no better for decades, about time they got some !
He should see a probate lawyer , pronto .
@@normanpearson8753 Yeah, because the lawyer cares about him, and not the bar 🙄.
What do they mean when they say, "when you've signed the contract, you've given them the money." When I took out my mortgage, the bank loaned me the cost of the house and I signed a contract to say that I would repay the loan plus interest. In the contract that I signed, it stated that if I defaulted, then the property would be repossessed. It's pretty clear cut, pay back the loan or lose your house.
He will, he'll either pay in full or lose it but he won't come back here to admit it😅
sounds like a joint interest only mortgage! he should have rem mortgaged it in his name and it wud be sorted!! even though all mortgages are a scam as we are the money creators
Very enlightening. It's barely known they have done this for years in the US, with little penalties imposed upon the perpetrators. Just like the CV, the banking, the land grabs. It's a bait & switch, slight of hand, right in front of our faces like chemtrails.
Small win but a win! Apparently I missed a payment, got no letter from the company to tell me but got a demand plus admin fee from collection agency. Asked them where's the contract, third party interloper etc, a week later got a letter from them saying the matter was dropped. 😀
ALWAYS FOLLOW THE MONEY PRINTERS TRICKS . AKA BANKSTERS. Next Question Please ☠️
It must be scary being on the verge of losing your property.
Without his name on the property he doesn't have a leg to stand on. The owner of the mortgage died therefore it belongs to the bank. Make sure property is in both spouses names with rights of survivorship or be willing to risk this scenario.
This is incredible, what a great job David is doing and we need more people like this, well done David
I really appreciate the Banks being so Honest regarding their Business methods
Clarity is Everything these days
Are you forgetting they are still Romans/Jews. That's what they do.
I'm in Canada and the municipality where I purchased a small home in Avonmore, seized our house in town, despite the taxes being fully paid up. By the time I realized what the municipality had done, it was too late. They had auctioned off my property and home. They do this quite often here, I'm told.
What a man you are a great person lost your wife and still able to fight what a insperational Person great work made me smile argggg what a sad set of people doing this to ordinary people 😤😤
These people are quite simply above the law. They make laws.Democracy died a long time ago.
Be interesting to know what banker it is. I have my theory.
Just to make this clear, the minimum EPC ratings apply to rental properties only. A Labour government will require rental properties to meet at least category C. A homeowner living in their own home will not be required to upgrade if they don't want to. Not for the time being anyway.
But it's coming and they'll make your home unsaleable by only offering potential purchasers offers on certain types of homes.
