I mostly was the one who initiated conversations but she did at times as well. Even inviting herself into a conversation I was having with someone else once. I have a little scenario so I’ve been going to the gym now for about four months this girl that I like, I had noticed her first about a few weeks ago and up until now she has shown me she is interested in me just this last few days. She didn’t come up to talk to me, but she passed by and smile at me. We both locked eyes for a few seconds. She stayed at the gym a bit longer than usual, but I just don’t know how to approach her because at times she is on her phone and at times she is working out intensely. How should I go about this? Hey Andres, really you got two options here - you can take the indirect route or the direct route. Imo what you should do in this case is just walk up to her, ask her a question about the best exercise for x (I've used to ask girls for the best booty exercises as an opener lol, it works), and that might get them to talk a little bit and break the ice and you can continue from there and slowly build it up. Or, you can be direct (which is what I would do here) and go up to her when she's having a break, tell her that you got her eye and that you would be so mad at yourself for not approaching her and for not introducing yourself. It's so bold and direct, but it works because she probably never got it from any guy. And then ask her for her FB/IG or WhatsApp. Really, at gyms you gotta be direct and get straight to the point.
