Join me in this gripping episode as we tackle one of my most challenging projects yet-a full interior restoration of my 2000 Acura Integra GSR! After discovering a severe mold infestation, it's clear this car has one of the worst interiors I've ever come across. But I'm determined to bring it back to life!
In this detailed installment, watch as I strip down the entire interior to its bare bones. From removing seats and carpets to dealing with unexpected hurdles, each step is packed with intensive cleaning and restoration tactics. I'll guide you through the processes I use to eradicate mold and restore the classic charm of this beloved car.
But the restoration journey doesn't stop there. In this episode, the Acura Integra GSR is sent off to the body shop for a much-needed makeover. Witness the transformation as skilled professionals tackle the exterior, addressing all the dents, scratches, and rust spots that have accumulated over the years. The bodywork phase is crucial to bringing this iconic car back to its former glory.
Expect a mix of despair, hope, and hard-earned progress as we scrub, treat, and refurbish each component. Will this intensive effort revive the glory of my Acura, or will the challenges prove too overwhelming? Join me to find out as we dive deep into the nitty-gritty of car restoration.
So gear up for an episode full of learning, restoration tips, and dramatic transformations. Click play now, and let’s get our hands dirty in this ambitious interior and exterior makeover. Don’t forget to like, subscribe, and comment with your own car restoration experiences. Let’s get started! 🚗🛠️

Go for the OEM+ look! This car is a blast to drive. Few tasteful mods- intake, exhaust, suspension.
cant go wrong with OEM+ ! It almost hurts me to think about the idea of modding this one tbh
Finally you posted a new video
been a min, took a little break from long form
@@bendaga I understand that you needed a break.
Been enjoying all the resto content, it’s been a fun ride seeing all these cars go from a sad state and then having their former glory!
thank you so much for the kind words and support. you guys are the reason for any of this stuff to be possible 🙏🏽
ACURAGA IS BACK BABE
fr, love to see that gsr is back on trqck❤
acuraga 😭😭
oem+ is definitely the way
I love it! Keep it BONE Stock! Keep the Honda content coming 👍
stock and clean 🧼
You should bring back the auction lot videos
@@User-xp4tn I couldn't agree more
I will try to get some long form auction content in the near future. the resto projects are just taking a lot of time/effort rn unfortunately
Omg you're back!!!!
howdy 🤠
Keep it going for the Honda content glad to see you again bendaga
Keep posting this car, brother!!
Dude I’m so happy for you but so jelly at the same time. Can’t wait for the next videos of this beauty. Keep it up bro 💪🏽
New fan of the channel lovin the vids mate 🎉🎉
I had a 1996 integra GSR w/a JDM front. Love that thing and drove it everywhere. I ended up selling it bc I was too tired of people trying to steal it.
Finally some new cotent im looking forward to more content especially the k swap for the civic hatch
ty bro still working on the k swap content atm
Love the integra content. 🤘
really enjoyed this one ‼
I love all of your content, I was hoping you would share some of Ray's learning to drive stick, so we manual enthusiasts could have flash backs to stalling and squealing tires. Strange feature about needing a code on the radio.
I love seeing you back!
Reminds me of my actual car (Chevy volt😂)
I think the rear wind of the tailgate got changed cause the paint looks off a bit and it’s the only place where it’s chipping. However, I found out they forgot a rubber for a screw, so water came there all the way down. Of course, the 12v battery is there and bc I live in Canada, I’ve got there ice that broke the battery+ the air compressor. Had to put some windshield washer to melt the ice slowly and remove it with a shop vac (at least no moisture😅)
+ when I looked there, I saw some yellow writing, kinda suspicious
YES TO DETAIL!! Try to re finish the wheels and bring it back to life and make it KLEAN ✨
🫡
this will be the cleanest integra by the time ur done with it!
I hope so 😅
Really is the “black sheep” of the channel😅
Loved the video. Can't wait to see what this car will look like after the dents have been fixed!
thanks man !
Nice car 👍👍👍
I miss having an integra
Keep the honda content coming. New sub
🙏🏽💙
My ek hatch has a leak from taillights too, I drilled a small hole in under the spare
Usually the codes for most car stereos are 0000 but for 90s cars I doubt it’s the same lol
I live north of Seattle and recently purchased a manual 01 civic ex that was living in a ditch with a cracked window for a year and a half. It’s a certified biohazard and I’ve been struggling cleaning it up due to the cloth seats… but it runs and $400 is $400
best of luck on the restoration!
will there be any civic content in near future?
100%
@@bendaga :)
The dents on the rear 1/4 and front fender can be PDR'd.
Edit1: oh it was sprayed already...never mind lol
How can I send you something? I have a discontinued Greddy strut bar for your hatch. Had it on mine before I sold it like 10 years ago
Black at it
I see what you did there
Selvedge denim
I’m gonna be completely honest here. I would keep it bone stock other than any modifications to keep it from being stolen. And also, I’m perfectly fine with the Honda Contant anyways at your channel do what you want
K swap civic oh yeah you need to get hybrid racing to sponsor the build
I need your floor matts, its not even a dc2🙄
If you don’t think you’ll keep it, just restore it to oem and let the person who you sell it to mod it. Love this vids btw !🫶
